Frost feels fine in pvp tbh. Unholy obviously ahead in pve, probably even after nerfs, but in pvp frost makes up for it with less gcds which is very nice in this bursty meta, heartstop aura, aoe blind, aoe stun, chillstreak
after the overnerfs to poor rogues, they went from being the best classin the game by 1000% to being the best class in game by 900%. truly tragic i hope they recover

@@BrokenorderGames i would agree that it 'helps' mana issues, but in the grand scheme of things it barely helps anything. pw:s costs double the mana of penance, swp(purge the wicked) costs more, mind control costs more, shadowmend costs more than double, every cd you use costs more or even the double of penance. the legend basically makes you save 800 mana every 18 seconds, but you also have to use a spell that costs over 4x as much mana as penance, in order to have a chance of proccing it. considering you pretty much HAVE to go radiance in order to heal anything, it does help, but the mana saved is barely worth mentioning when you think off how fast you actually go oom.

The problem is that paladin does it while having the safety of an immunity, hunter does it from 2 continents away from stealth THROUGH the fucking walls. And rogue kills u ( literally) in 1/3 of a cheap shot. There has never been such a bursty meta ever. It's terrible.
pretty much, and a bunch of super bad players cried really hard about rogues so they got nuked from orbit, meanwhile all 3 paladin speccs are free Rank 1 glad titles even if ur keyboard turning atm. hunters also got fucking Yamato Cannoned, and to be fair, they should have gotten nerfed, they just did some really bad nerfs, and 80% of the OP classes are still running rampant because the guys struggling to get 1400 arent meeting any none-shit Shadow priests, Shamans, Mages, Any form of Paladin, Warriors, and Wind Walker monks. PVP needs to slow down a tad in general, so nerfs are fine, would just be nice if we could avoid the favouritism

Rogue burst was compound by cold blood(nerfed), symbols of death(+15% dmg), echoing reprimend(nerfed) and shadow blades(nerfed). Not only that, even the kyrian conduit which gave 350 mastery after using reprimend now gives 175(nerfed). Right now rogue sits at the bottom if we talk about raw damage. Still a good class since you got a lot of utility, but best class?
Hunters got 5% nerf on aimed shot and arcane shot. Rogues got 50% nerf on covenant ability, 20% nerf on mastery buff, 10% nerf on shadowblades, 4% nerf on shadow dance and cold blood got nerfed too. How is hunter 10x nerfed than rogues?
Rogue is still viable, they just aren’t the class for people to play when they want the flavor of the month. Now skill will make them climb rather than an opening one shot

Arms is very, very much broken. When you can walk in to dungeons with a 30+ item level deficit compared to the other 4 people with you, and GROSSLY out damage them.. yes, there's a problem. Seriously making me consider rolling my Warrior this expansion.. besides being OP, Arms may actually be fun again.
I like classic alot. I feel like inbalance is the best balance. Instead of looking up what heals the most or does the most damage, bring the niche you want to fill. I know its far from perfect, especially for tanking. If they could keep warrior as main tank but keep one or to reasons to tank in different class that would be great.
Mh, Blizz can't balance the game. I'm pretty sure they don't have automated systems and do it all by hand. They have to look at live servers to see the results of their actions.
Well to be honest, convoke is hitting really hard but on moonkin rely a lot on proper positioning else your dmg are fully spread / convoke almost only heal cast (also add the fact you can cc / cut the druid during it). The nerf to legendary does lower moonkin burst window (once you got leg), without destroying it. Issue with moonkin is that all our burst and dmg come almost only from starsurge and it ends up with one shot convoke if 2-3 are cast on good target / starsurge procs with eclipse with leg. And a lot of class have this issue of having a big part of their burst and overall dmg tied to one single ability (feral with FB, assa rogue with evenom, hunter with aimed shot, etc...) that just results in absurd burst window with quite bad sustained dmg outside of it. On the moonkin part also : other legs are really trash for pvp sadly...
how the fuck are paladins balanced? their entire spec is unbalanced in so many ways. templars verdict being 90% of their dmg is one HUGE IMBALANCED SHITSHOW. a kit should deal dmg on alot of spells not just 1
I am feral druid at 184 itemlevel at that time with versatility on every piece of my gear, yet a rogue killed me in 2 GCDs (= 1 second) in a stunlock. I can beat almost everything 1v1, but I can't handle going from 100% to 0% with Fleshcraft shield of ~1/3 of my health within 1 second. Neither can I handle going into bear form, with Fleshcraft shield of 1/5 of my health from 100% to 0% in 4 seconds of stun.
As a paladin I always felt overpowered. It's part of the class and always has been. Being in prot I can heal anyone including myself to full instantly with word of glory since it heals for like 5k + 250% based on missing health and has a 15% chance to proc giving me a 2nd word of glory for free I just can't burst things down like dps can and have to be in melee range of anything including pets to get holy power after I throw my hammer and shield at someone. Oh not to mention the divine shield to guardian of the bs queen that gives another 10 seconds of immunity without forbearance. Sure she can be stunned to break the immunity, but no one plays prot so most people don't know that.

@@s.hashim4324 If you have to trinket against every rogue that opens you, you're either playing with the wrong partners or you might be low geared. Like what? Rogue burst was compound by cold blood(nerfed), symbols of death(+15% dmg), echoing reprimend(nerfed) and shadow blades(nerfed). Not only that, even the kyrian conduit which gave 350 mastery after using reprimend now gives 175(nerfed). Right now rogue sits at the bottom if we talk about raw damage. Still a good class since you got a lot of utility, but best class?

hunter got 10x more nerfed than fkin rogue.. where was that at?!
Hunters got 5% nerf on aimed shot and arcane shot.
Rogues got 50% nerf on covenant ability, 20% nerf on mastery buff, 10% nerf on shadowblades, 4% nerf on shadow dance and cold blood got nerfed too.
How is hunter 10x nerfed than rogues?

@@Alice_Typhon i played on private servers and boom is shit because it has close to no cc or survival. It only had typhon in Wotlk and needed to cast stuff which was hard for boomkins. I played Wotlk as spriest and was happy whenever i ssaw a boomkin because they died in 1 silence. (2v2 and BG context ofc , but i see no reason why it would work better in 3v3 . 5v5 i can see that . 3v3?)

I don't even play a Kyrian rogue, so the nerfs didn't really affect me that much and I do agree that Echoing Reprimand was disgusting af, but if you're going to nuke some classes' burst, you better take out all of them. Then we'd just be back in the garbage state of BfA pvp where matches last for an eternity.
All in all, in 3s it's a different story. 2s is just stupid right now.

Arms is very, very much broken.
When you can walk in to dungeons with a 30+ item level deficit compared to the other 4 people with you, and GROSSLY out damage them.. yes, there's a problem.

I like classic alot. I feel like inbalance is the best balance. Instead of looking up what heals the most or does the most damage, bring the niche you want to fill.
I know its far from perfect, especially for tanking. If they could keep warrior as main tank but keep one or to reasons to tank in different class that would be great.

Well to be honest, convoke is hitting really hard but on moonkin rely a lot on proper positioning else your dmg are fully spread / convoke almost only heal cast (also add the fact you can cc / cut the druid during it). The nerf to legendary does lower moonkin burst window (once you got leg), without destroying it. Issue with moonkin is that all our burst and dmg come almost only from starsurge and it ends up with one shot convoke if 2-3 are cast on good target / starsurge procs with eclipse with leg. And a lot of class have this issue of having a big part of their burst and overall dmg tied to one single ability (feral with FB, assa rogue with evenom, hunter with aimed shot, etc...) that just results in absurd burst window with quite bad sustained dmg outside of it.
On the moonkin part also : other legs are really trash for pvp sadly...

I am feral druid at 184 itemlevel at that time with versatility on every piece of my gear, yet a rogue killed me in 2 GCDs (= 1 second) in a stunlock. I can beat almost everything 1v1, but I can't handle going from 100% to 0% with Fleshcraft shield of ~1/3 of my health within 1 second. Neither can I handle going into bear form, with Fleshcraft shield of 1/5 of my health from 100% to 0% in 4 seconds of stun.

As a paladin I always felt overpowered. It's part of the class and always has been. Being in prot I can heal anyone including myself to full instantly with word of glory since it heals for like 5k + 250% based on missing health and has a 15% chance to proc giving me a 2nd word of glory for free I just can't burst things down like dps can and have to be in melee range of anything including pets to get holy power after I throw my hammer and shield at someone. Oh not to mention the divine shield to guardian of the bs queen that gives another 10 seconds of immunity without forbearance. Sure she can be stunned to break the immunity, but no one plays prot so most people don't know that.
