Yvonne, all your videos are very helpful since most people are not aware of these toxic substances in nearly everything we touch. I studies public health so I’m aware of some of these and have tried through the years to minimize the exposure they my family gets. But how can we even live, mainly everything had been touched and the food supply is so corrupted and poisoned what do you do for yourself and your family. Seeing all the videos one by one seems very hard to the lay person or as a matter of fact someone who is very experienced in the subject of toxicology, therefore do you have a book or list of practical daily life examples of how a person overall can try to lower this toxic load? It’s not as simple to put together since if you think about it all vegetables, even all grains have been corrupted with chemical or genetically modified and I’m going as far as thinking geeze what about the stove what if the oven coated with?! It’s seems very challenging, not sure if even the legumes have been corrupted or poisoned since I thought these might be the ones we can be less weary of like beans or lentils?! I really appreciate this information that you are providing, it be great for you to have a comprehensive article or book to assist with this, unless you do and I’m not aware of? Meanwhile to those who are trying to protect their families as much as they can by eating healthy whole plant based foods and avoiding chemicals, I’d also say as mothers and sisters as wives we need to fight the enemy and pray to our LORD JESUS CHRIST AND GOD THE FATHER FOR HIS protection because only in God is their true life in eternity with Him and Jesus. I will pray and I pray we all pray together for our children and families because what these evil people have done to poison us all will be judged by God. Just discovered your channel, you’re doing a great thing! I would love to see a video breaking down coffee. I’m rethinking how I make it and what I put in it now that you’ve got me thinking about the everyday toxins 😬
While all the things she said in her videos may be true, but these dangers is a price for living in todays society. For example, have you thought about the toxicity of the air that you breathe 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for as long as you are alive? So, use common sense without being paranoid and enjoy life. Unless you want to relocate to a cave in Antarctica. And even then, you will be confronted with another set of problems that may kill you which will be good subjects for future videos.
I get your point, but for me, I want to be informed so that I can have better peace of mind knowing that I can choose a healthier product. I have a friend who chooses not to pay attention to any warnings because it’s too overwhelming for her. I can still enjoy all the good things in life, too.
True. Which is why I like Dr. Burkart. She tells you the info and you do as you wish with it. She tells us that we “may” or “might” and not that we must. I have watched other videos of her and she seems genuinely interested in giving answers to people who are struggling with disease and don’t understand why. But we all get to choose in the end what we do and don’t. ❤
Have you done a video on what kind of bread and pasta is safe for us here in America? I just learned that our wheat is banned pretty much everywhere else. And people who go to Italy and eat pasta and bread all day- lose weight! But then come back home and our bread makes them sick and depressed... I had a mini panic attack at the store yesterday, looking for bread! And then again looking for pasta that was grown and made and shipped from Italy... We get all these tidbits of info, but not the answers... When we do our due diligence and research ourselves, the info is so overwhelming, we give up. That's what happened to me with chicken. I get panicked when buying chicken these days. It's starting to happen when I buy eggs now. And we love oatmeal and pasta... We need answers to go with the information...
That's great, but the land that organic food is grown on once had these chemicals on it so it's still in the soil, and the groundwater. Today, organic only means they don't add more toxins to it (supposed to be anyway, but that's debatable too as some things deemed 'organic' simply aren't), but how much does it matter if the ground its grown in and water used to water it is toxic?
What about aflatoxins? When in the process do the oats get contaminated with the mold? I buy organic whole, unrolled oats and then roll them myself at home with a press. They taste the best and have the most nutrients

Awesome to hear! This is a great question. I don’t know that anyone has measured glyphosate in fermented conventional soy products. It would be interesting to know!
@dryvonneburkart Based on two peices of information: #1) The author of the book estrogeneration said that the phytoestrogenic effect of soy is negated by the fermentation process in natto. and #2) The roundup gylposate expert Stephanie Seneff PHD said that saurkraut juice is one of the few things that has been shown to lower glyposate in the cows it was tested on. With this I thought there was a fair chance the natto might be safe. I love that stuff.

And I have to use an air fryer, I'd like to cover the cooking surface of it with silicone baking sheets if this is a viable compromise.

I was often really cronically sick as a child. My parents gave me oat meal every day every morning for years. Guess I might ahve been slowly poisoned tbh ^^; Once I finally lived by myself for a few years, and ate what I wanted, the illness went away.
Can you start the video by saying eating organic oats doesnt have the same problems? It's irritating that people in the comments are freaking out about oatmeal and not necessarily drawing a distinction between organic/non-gmo and regular oats.
What does gluten do? Never heard of it when in hs in the 90's. Love my oatmeal. But if you like Quaker flavored instant oatmeal then you do not like oatmeal
Apparently glyso… is now out of copyright so it was about to be mass produced without licence super cheap. It will be banned and replaced with another product that is ‘safe til proven otherwise’ or until that copyright runs out aswell.
That’s the terrible practice that is “regrettable substitution” 🧐 Consumer demand for stricter regulations will pay off and I am dedicated to spreading awareness about toxic chemicals.
that's funny that I had to stop eating oats and I thought it was something to do with my kidneys, but it turns out that it could have just been the cheap oats I was eating that were wrong
Why is this information just becoming available? Or important? Why have we been told for years upon years to eat oatmeal for good health?? It really upsets me. I'm 41 years old and have been hearing that oatmeal is good for me, all my life...
@@dryvonneburkartwell, most oats that are available, not the oats themselves. All oats in Hon Kong are non organic Australian. A couple decades ago I bought Scottish ones requiring extremely long cooking, and I haven't seen them since.
That sounds like typical "Organic" prices here in USA 😅 2 or 4 pound bag for about "$20-25" seems fair enough if the branding wants to sell it for so high
Oats have avenin which is very similar to gliadin in wheat. Grains in general are sub-optimal foods for humans. For those with any Autoimmune issues grains should be completely avoid
When eating oatmeal for breakfast became a fad, I started eating it, and although I'm a person who seldom gets facial acne, I got them, and they were pretty red and inflamed. It took me a while to realize what's the culprit. Now I only sprinkle it as a decoration on my bread sometimes.
I started eating oats and on the 3rd day, I was so ill. My intestines were inflamed, the pain was unbearable. I went from runny to hard. This was 4 months ago and I'm still suffering 😢
There's no way oats are solely the culprit of your discomfort unless you are allergic in some way. Plenty of people eat oats every day with no problems
Make sure you are eating organic gluten free oats, steel cut preferably and make sure you cook it properly. You can also soak them overnight prior to to cooking.
Why would you buy flavoured oats? All you need is classic Canadian maple syrup. If you don't have that in your kitchen, you're probably the type that doesn't have extra virgin olive oil either. These two ingredients are like the basis of life. And garlic. Yes, Chinese garlic is probably bad. Life is difficult now.

Currently as I write this, myself and many other families lost everything to hurricane Helene and are living in unusual housing situations now, having to replace everything and work with limited budgets and limited resources in general.
Silicone is one of the few things that survived the flood just fine but I'm having trouble finding useful info. And I have to use an air fryer, I'd like to cover the cooking surface of it with silicone baking sheets if this is a viable compromise.
Do the best you can with what you’ve got. The key is to minimize processed foods and cook at home.
@@dryvonneburkart thank you. I guess the piece that I'm missing from your videos is if there's any kind of hierarchy when people need to make compromises, on how to do that decision making. I figure we all have to make compromises. I did find your video on silicone up on Instagram, But unfortunately the Instagram platform doesn't allow me to click (or copy paste) the links you left in the video description
I read that even organic oats end up after being picked is still sprayed with nasty stuff to dry it out so it hopefully doesnt get mold…….
Wow good information 🎉
Good advice but we need some good recommendations.
What your children eat for breakfast? My son‘s favorite breakfast is porridge with blueberries and I am struggling to replace it.
Yvonne what are the best vitamins to take? I’ve been taking (infusion) vitamins for men.
How about naming some sources of organic oats?
She can't because not sponsored video.
🤑🤑🤑 but you can visit a Whole Foods store and ask the employees there
Can you talk about supplement fibers like Chia Seeds and Psyllium Husk?
Psyllium Husk recently was found by consumer labs to have a lot of lead and arsenic in it.
We use Flahavans Irish oats and they PROHIBITED glyphosate spraying on their crops 🥳
steel cut oats?
So organic oats without sugar are very healthy. Already knew it.
Unfortunately, many people don't know. And they certainly don't know how dangerous chlormequat is!
After learning vitamin B17 may be a cancer deterrent and learning Barley was a significant source, I found a box of it in my local health food store and bought it. So, should I toss it out?
Bob's Red Mill Oats is Glyphosate free have at it!
yesssss! gut health is paramount! hipocrates himself said that all disease begins in the gut! have you heard of dr. natasha campbell mcbride and the gaps diet? she talks exactly about that, you should look into her work. its so intetesting!
Priceless info!
Thanks for watching
8:45 what we can do
As I'm eating a two serving bowl of non-organic oats....
Not to worry! You can try to source better oats next time.
I was often really cronically sick as a child. My parents gave me oat meal every day every morning for years. Guess I might ahve been slowly poisoned tbh ^^;
Once I finally lived by myself for a few years, and ate what I wanted, the illness went away.
Can you start the video by saying eating organic oats doesnt have the same problems? It's irritating that people in the comments are freaking out about oatmeal and not necessarily drawing a distinction between organic/non-gmo and regular oats.
Seriously. Totally click - bait.
maybe in us but not oats from australlia am i right please confirm thanks rolled oats
Thank you, amazing work keep going 🙏🏽 much respect 🫡
I am thinking about reading the book "the toxins solution" do you recommend it ?
Thank you sooooo much for your videos
I eat organic glyphosate and gluten free oats every day. It is hard to find a brand that does testing and guarantees this!
What brand do you eat?
From my own experience as a farmer I can say. Buy finnish oats, we don't use glypfosate for crops before harvesting
Where?
Given Quakers history I am not surprised.
Tragic, I ate this many mornings with fruits while pregnant thinking I was giving my baby the best. I ended up with gestational diabetes.
What does gluten do? Never heard of it when in hs in the 90's.
Love my oatmeal. But if you like Quaker flavored instant oatmeal then you do not like oatmeal
Its hard to find organic oatmeal.
@ Thankyou Yvonne, your work is appreciated ❤️
that's funny that I had to stop eating oats and I thought it was something to do with my kidneys, but it turns out that it could have just been the cheap oats I was eating that were wrong
Another chemical in your oatmeal is Chlormequat. Potentially more worrisome than glyphosate. Linked to infertility.
Oats gave me serious gout in my 30's. When l stopped eating it my gout stopped.
This is so depressing, that I need an extra bowl of smooth and creamy oatmeal today for comfort.
😂
Why is this information just becoming available? Or important? Why have we been told for years upon years to eat oatmeal for good health?? It really upsets me. I'm 41 years old and have been hearing that oatmeal is good for me, all my life...
If you buy organic oats is it okay?
She mentions this, but the specific figure I heard was that 10% of organic oats also has chlormequat. Organic is better but not 100% free.
@@betsybarnicle801690% better is a lot!
Oatmeal now posion too. Hmm.
Clearly you didn't watch the video!
@@dryvonneburkartwell, most oats that are available, not the oats themselves. All oats in Hon Kong are non organic Australian. A couple decades ago I bought Scottish ones requiring extremely long cooking, and I haven't seen them since.
Now I don’t wanna breathe, eat, or drink anything
I live in Germany and here we have the Option to buy ultra high quality tested bio oat ..but a 1 kg is almost €20 🤯🥵.
Why do all my neighbors spray it all over the place ?? 😢 I prefer weeds to cancer.
Most people don’t realize the risks 😢
I bought a bunch of Bobs Red Mill bc I thought they were safe & found out even they aren’t. Really disappointed.
When eating oatmeal for breakfast became a fad, I started eating it, and although I'm a person who seldom gets facial acne, I got them, and they were pretty red and inflamed. It took me a while to realize what's the culprit. Now I only sprinkle it as a decoration on my bread sometimes.
Best foods I know of for young children is eggs and fish high in protein, Omega 3 and vitamis for brain growth. Not oats.
But do they feed chickens oats is the question 🤣?
Any chance of talking about how to detox tear gas?
why are you smile when you tell me bad news?
It's a smile of embarrassment 😅 like this emoji 😅
What do you think of the "Sous Vide"? You are cooking food in a plastic bag, So I'm guessing its very unhealthy. Anyone got any thoughts?
I started eating oats and on the 3rd day, I was so ill. My intestines were inflamed, the pain was unbearable. I went from runny to hard. This was 4 months ago and I'm still suffering 😢
There's no way oats are solely the culprit of your discomfort unless you are allergic in some way. Plenty of people eat oats every day with no problems
Make sure you are eating organic gluten free oats, steel cut preferably and make sure you cook it properly. You can also soak them overnight prior to to cooking.
Oats keep from sooner death😢
Organic oats
Why would you buy flavoured oats? All you need is classic Canadian maple syrup. If you don't have that in your kitchen, you're probably the type that doesn't have extra virgin olive oil either. These two ingredients are like the basis of life. And garlic. Yes, Chinese garlic is probably bad. Life is difficult now.
Err, how does the human body benefit from oats? 🤔 Or from any other type of grain for that matter? 😮
It is frustrating that so many healthy foods are farmed and processed in a criminally unhealthy way.
Or you could just eat fatty red meat from grass fed ruminants... 4.500.000 year old FAD.
Thank you for this comment! 🙏
Research brands
Hopefully they don’t get bought out n fire n change ingredients n process
Organic steel cut oatmeal still made me sleepy and raised my sugar over 200. 🤷🏽♀️😱
A year ago i discovered ,glysohate was part of my, 7 day oat consumption × 44 years.. Eek .!!,stopped that day ,now Total carnivore , best iv felt in years,.... great vids, many thanks Top lady.. grass fed beef , ribeye cast iron skillet fry in butter or coconut oil, 2 cloves garlic ,.yummmie ..
