  • This is the Simple Qigong Daily Routine to Alleviate Anxiety, and Stress: Shaking body and Bouncing legs and toes.
    This exercise can help you to let go of all anxieties, and stress, and also make your body calm and ease. It just takes 3-5 minutes to practice daily, can become your 5-minute daily Routine Qigong.
