this is kinda why some fans need to watch or get updated on the og series it explains alot with Xavier and with the princess Lilandra and other need to know things
I like the two plot lines between Storm and Professor Xavier. Storm without her powers is in a race against time to save Forge, who's poison by Adversary. And how to find the courage to face her fear, which is being a claustrophobic and the doubts that Adversary put into her mind. To see her power through and get her powers was an awesome moment. Only after curing Forge did she see the destruction of Genosha. It's great to see Charles again after the final episode of the original X-Men the Animated Series. Despite finding happiness with Lilandra, he must have to prove himself by Lilandra sister Deathbird that if he's one now. He must remove his memories of his time with the X-Men. In which we get insight into the Shi'ar Empire and their politics/culture. Xavier, having everyone on the Astral plane created like a classroom to teach everyone about coexisting, was a cool moment. Until seeing a vision of Gambit death in which convinced him to call the engagement off to Lilandra so he could go back to earth. In which the person responsible for the death and destruction of Genosha is Mr. Sinister. In which I'm not surprised. Overall, this was a great episode. It's not better than the last. But a great episode, regardless of now Storm and Xavier's story, is converging with the main story. I'm looking forward to what these next four episodes. But anyway I hope you have a wonderful day. Stay safe, take care and stay amazing Kendra.
Nightcrawler's alive. At the end of episode 5, he's sitting with other mutants as they watch Rogue say her now infamous line. Also, look out for Cassandra Nova in Deadpool and Wolverine. Most believe Sinister is just one of those behind the attacks at Genosha.
my theory is since we saw the owl creeping around right away as soon as storm and forge were out there in lifedeath 1 , I bet the adversary had laid the ground work for her self doubt so I bet forges machine actually worked but then the adversary had already had their claws in storm so she had to overcome the demon to realize the machine worked and at that point it was all her self doubt. I love that moment of this episode too!
Not only is Storm a physical goddess she also speaks the straight truth regarding the demons we all face and how to overcome them. This queen deserves the omega-level treatment they properly gave her this episode. This show is borderline perfect so far.
Fun reaction! Quick note regarding Deathbird's character, she is a genetic throwback of her people, a "mutant" if you will. Growing up she was mistreated and abused for having wings under her arms as the Shi'ar are descended from an avian race. So her behavior is all projections of her self-hatred.
It’s worth to go binge the OG series, cause most of the series was shown out of order when it originally aired. Plus it was hard to follow cause it only premiered on Saturday. Reruns were all over the place. Avenger’s Assemble is a fantastic addition to this series to binge. Plus the 5th season is entirely black panther (Black panthers Quest) should be on YT for free, or D+…you won’t regret it. It’s just as good as Ultimate Spider-man
'The Petty Squabbles of humans' Unfortunately for you, while Marvel humanity is pretty squabbly, most Marvel aliens are somehow even worse with ten times the imperialism and genocide. XD
Deathbird spent some time in the "ghetto" to learn our vernacular!
When Charles and Lilandra go to the bedroom....
Charles: X GON GIVE IT TO YOU!
Milkyway Ghetto 😂
Exactly. We all know the milky way is the hood.
Earth gotta be the projects
🤣🤣🤣💀

Except for the morlock massacre, Sinister is a middleman. Somebody is behind him.
Hey Kendra! Great show; I'm starting to get into X-Men again!
Storm's new glo up is fire!
If the milky way is the ghetto, earth gotta be the projects 😂😂
Just had to say I appreciate you actually doing research into the comics to better understand all of this! Subscribed! 💜
yo dope self...congrats on 5k!!!

To learn about the Shi’ar, watch the Phoenix Saga, Dark Phoenix, and last episode of the original X-Men series 😊

I had to think about this, but the more I do the more I agree / love this theory. Thank you!
Mr Sinister being the perpetrator was a little disappointing but his word play dialog is so freaking epic
hopefully Apocalypse is the bigger villain here its almost always involve him when it comes to Sinister

That's the kind of character details I like! Thanks for the insight!
