What size was the rear tyre? Hearing a lot of conflicting info about the size you can fit. I need a new rear tyre and keen to get a bigger size without doing any other mods.
I’m playing catch up with watching….. been kinda chaotic my way, a lot to do and a short time to get it all done and ready….however the Scout looking mighty fine bro! OHHHHHH and looks like ya about to hit 40k subscribers really soon….. and THAT my friend is well deserved 💪😎👍
Those rabaconda’s look so nice, might pick one up in a year or two when my tires are up for a change. Just seeing it conquer that stiff ass tire sold me on it for sure. They be charging $70 a wheel here at the shops, I’ll make my money back by helping friends with theirs and time
There’s a learning curve to it and I struggled BIG on this tire. To be fair, this tire was worn in and mounted before. A new tire wouldn’t have given me that much trouble.
When you powder coat anything that has a threaded hole it’s a good form of practice to purchase a tap and die set to clean the threads of powder before installing a bolt or nut.
I have the rabaconda tire changer too and I absolutely love it! A “real” tire machine would be nice but the street bike tire changer is really nice and it’s portable AND it costs a fraction of what a tire machine costs.
So something I learned In motorsports and high end automotive wiring. They push crimp connectors over solder because you change the resistance value with solder.
THANK YOU. Just AWESOME. AWESOME. I know NOTHING, BUT it looks to me one can install that belt without taking the swingarm off. Am I right or wrong?? Cannot wait to see the end product. SUSPENCE!!!
Nah, you’re right. I mixed it up with ThunderStroke/Challenger and didn’t bother removing the comment. It can be put on without removing the swing arm.
Brandon, have you tried using tires other than the Night Dragons on a chief? I like their performance but longevity isn't the greatest. Have any recommendations?
If you need to powder coat for yourself, you should leave the screws (not tighten down) to cover the inner threads. Remove the screws before the powder coat drys. 50/50 with paint. 🫡
So how about that rear end? 240 is cool but that 180.. I like it.

I appreciate you showing the ups and downs, difficulties and trials you've encountered. That shows the real struggle of bike building. Thanks.
That’s a speciality 🤙🏾
That sweet sweet seating bearing music
And the sound of chipping toasted powder coat 😮💨
@@BrandonBicasso ☹️ I commented before that happened
Part of the process tbh. Hard not to do it when driving bearings in.
You got some talent bro! Nice work!

Moving along nicely Brandon, good work!
Nice work! That fame looks GOOD!
A simple color change makes it look like a completely different model.
Damn dawg! Black and white looking right!
Straight cuttin’ up
Very nice work
Quality 👌👌👌 Coming on well 👍👍👍
Hi Brandon, I got my popcorn, im ready. 😊
I’m impressed you just casually use your HF platform jack. Mine takes 15min of faffing around to get it to work.
Oh yeah, that HF jack is my workhorse.

Dope, Bradda. I'll ride it just like that.
Salute
You and me both. Handles better anyway. 🤙🏾

Should’ve seen me with the acetone 😂
Oh geez, haha. It probably laughed at the acetone.

My favorite part. When I’m done, it’s out of the way on my shelf.

Taught me something.
@@BrandonBicasso I was so annoyed when I learned it myself because I was so confident in my solder skills lol

Thank You sir.
APPRECIATED.
ALL the VERY BEST.

I use Avon currently. Enjoy the Metzlers also.
Just to make sure I followed that correctly , you put a 180 night dragon on the stock 3.5 rim?
@@tylerelumbaugh correct.
@ nice,
What kind of 3d printer are you using on your hex board? I am looking for a new one now.
Bambu A1 🤙🏾 The hex pieces is called Multiboard.

I’m struggling with paint so def not interested in powder. Great tips tho 😂🤙🏾
