    I like the Repeat 40s since I’m in season rn my school training not good but I can’t do my own stuff cuz I’m still in the team, that a smooth and quick workout I can do early morning do you recommend spike or flat?

      make sure you squeeze it in ONLY if u know its an easy day, it is still a lactate workout after all.
      spikes on, go as fast as u can each rep
