I've been doing some research on supplements and looking to incorporate some more in my routine. You always give a no BS review so we appreciate that, the price for AG1 is kinda steep, but I can see how if you were to purchase some of the vitamins separately how it would come out to that. I've seen that Rhodiola Rosea itself gives a lot of the benefits and hits all the benefits you were talking about, could be an alternative for some.

I used ag1 for a few months it's definitely a good product but the price is way too high. There are plenty of other greens products out there that are just as effective for less than half the price of this

Been using AG1 for a couple months and would definitely recommend. I know some say it is pricey but when you calculate what you pay for
Other quality vitamins and supplements it is probably about the same. I suffer from Crohn’s Disease and this product has been good for that as well. Sometimes other supplements can hurt my guts.

Hey Sir, just an idea for you. I frequently question how to maintain good diet discipline while traveling, whether it be for TDY, deployment, leave, or a simple weekend trip out of town. If you have any travel tips you've picked up on over the years to help with minimal resources to sustain good health practices abroad, that may be appreciated. Anyway, appreciate another good review, always appreciate your advice and input on healthy habits, keep it up!

Used AG1 for about a year and I think it's great. From the research I've done before and after using it, it seems that it is a bit overkill and on the more expensive side, a price I'm willing to pay to not have to order multiple supplements and figure out all of that. AG1 has noticeably improved my day multiple times, especially on days I've lacked sleep, and I believe helped with hangovers and being sick. I drink it with 12 oz. of water and while I don't think it tastes great, it is just a healthy chalky taste that I've never had an issue with. Overall I'd recommend it to anyone who can afford it, I think it is beneficial to anyone's health and I think it also helps start a healthy daily habit that will lead to keeping up with other healthy habits.

Hey sir, chief, SGT not sure your rank haha. I want to max the ACFT but struggle with a weekly training program. I would like to integrate it within PT hours since I can do PT by myself (Warrant life). Could you provide a break down of a Monday - Friday PT HOUR workout routine to max the ACFT? My initial thoughts are, Monday sprints + 3 mile run, Tuesday plank, ball toss, HRP. Wed cardio and deadlifts? Thursdays deadlifts maybe again and HRP's? Friday distance run? Any info would be great sir!

before you buy or try please check the ingredients and make sure you are ok with them. A person may find they need Vitamin B-12 but if they get just any B-12 and et the synthetic and not the natural then two things will happen. 1) they are not going to see the results they should if taking the natural vitamin. 2) they are going to waste a lot of money. My biggest concern when I talked to AG1 they would not verify if any ingredients came from China. China is notorious for not producing good quality food products let alone high quality. Their food stuff has also been the root cause of humans and pets either getting sick or dying. Now if either of these don't concern you. carry on and I hope you get the results you are looking for.

I absolutely hate supplement reviews & they almost always discredit the person "selling" it.
These products 97% of the time have ZERO noticeable effects on how you feel.
I've taken this product and 2 other lesser priced green products & who knows if they work. Usually they put good ingredients in them, but not enough to make a true difference.
90% or more are a scam.
To maintain your reputation, do NOT push supplements onto your viewers. NOT a good look!
