The increase calorie burn philosophy is the main reason I started Rucking as an overweight Heavy Equipment Operator at age 45. I’ve regularly been carrying 75lbs dry this year, but for only 2 mile clips. I’ve since started training at the 35lb standard weight dry in hopes that I can meet the 3 hr cutoff at 12 miles. I appreciate all the tips, gonna go for 8 miles next time out 💪🏻💪🏻 thanks again 👍🏻👍🏻
I got all excited and did a 3.8 mile with 95 pounds. As if I was carrying out a big boned out deer. Ankles paid for that due to the speed. Yesterday’s was a 7 miles with 50#. Way way way better. Thanks for the tips.
I am new to this but at 69 yr I am currently able to do 5 miles with 30lbs. I am improving daily so I appreciate very much your insights and encouragement in this. Thank you.
My pack is 19.8 lbs. If you get the weight down you will be surprised at the difference it will make. I made 61 days out of this pack. No regrets. I'm 64 years old. Charles
I thought of another benefit: It's scale=able. I can ruck with my elderly mother -- she does a mile -- she carries like 5lbs and I carry 40. We end up doing the same pace and we both benefit.
57 years old and I'm doing 13.50s miles over 8 miles with 40 lbs pack building to 12. Found you videos a few months ago and I'm born again hard, LOL. Love them!
Just did a ruckmarch yesterday 12.50 miles. The day was hot and I definitely felt like I wanted to give up. Thank God I didn’t cause I felt like I really burned a lot of calories (2,223) and recovery feels really good. Felt like I hit every single benefit in this video. Love it! 🤙
Switched to rucking from running as part of my weightloss program, decreases so much pressure on my knees and ankles. Plus I can talk to others when rucking when I couldnt when I ran. Thanks for the videos!
All these points are brilliant but the spiritual fitness really struck a cord with me. My father was recently murdered and going to the gym and lifting weights actually stressed me even more. I started hill walking and rucking when ever I was feeling stressed and down and it helped me so much, would give me time with no distractions to really think on issues that were bothering me, every time I arrived home after a Ruck I really would feel more at peace and calm. Great video, thank you
I love rucking. Please be careful if you are a beginner!! I injured my right foot and both hips because I went too heavy too far. Start light and short distance my friends 🙏
I have done this for years, I call it backpacking. I’ve explored wildernesses, gotten lost, walked across entire states (Arizona, California). Your video helped confirm what I always believed. There is no lifestyle that can build conditioning like walking all day long with 50 pounds on your back. Up and down mountains, over and under fallen trees. The sleep quality and rejuvenation power is unmatched. However I couldn’t just walk around with a bunch of weight, like in a park or a treadmill. I need to explore new places, like they did in Star Trek!
I’m a long distance backpacker. I ruck 4 times a week in the mountains of western NC, carrying 20 lbs. I started it 10 years ago because I don’t have to transition to carrying weight when I prep to go on a long distance hike. That it’s good for me in many ways is a bonus.
You hit the nail on the head. Like other forms of exercise, rucking is an awesome way to decompress and get out of your head for a bit. You touched on it in the video, you might be strapped for time and long distances aren't feasible on certain days, but take advantage of your everyday routine and windows of opportunity to strap on your rucksack and beat feet. My window is my daily walk with my dogs, it's only about a 40 min walk, but still enough to get the heart rate up and build strength.
Started rucking over a month ago. Started at 15lbs going anywhere from 4-6 miles, at least a couple times a week, in addition to my functional strength and functional fitness training, 6-7 days a week (3 months now after over 5 years off). I also train and workout regularly wearing minimalist zero-drop barefoot shoes. I've been training, running, and hiking in these shoes (I have a couple different pairs, one for pavement and another for hiking and rough terrain) and my feet and ankles have definitely gotten much, much stronger and more resilient. Right now, I'm up to 40-50lb ruck for the same 4-6 mile distance. Working my way up to 60-70lb rucks. Thank you for your service and thank you for the great commentary and tips. Keep on rockin'! 🤘
I just found you! I’m super excited to start “Rucking”. I’m 66 years young and always looking for ways to stay strong and vibrant. Thank you. Pearl Wood
So stayed under standard at 4 miles earlier this week and bumped it up to 5 miles today. Rolling at 40 lbs with my water onboard,,,72 minutes. I’m calling it another victory 💪🏻💪🏻 thanks for being a part of my journey Mr.Gritty and friends 👍🏻👍🏻
Got back into rucking after being cleared of colon cancer. Five days a week on my way to work(30min walk , 25lbs bag), down 25lbs. Would recommend this to everyone!
The mental health benefits and the fact that anyone can do ruckmarching really can't be overstated. During the pandemic, I got in the worst shape I've ever been in in my life, to the point that I couldn't even run anymore; my belly had gotten big enough that running more than a block or two caused severe back pain from my gut pulling on it. Then I started looking into ruck marching, and as a test to see if my body could handle it, I just threw a dumbbell into a small hiking day pack and was blown away at how good it felt. So I bought an old ALICE pack and some plates and was off to the races! Coming from a place where I was worried I couldn't do any real cardio because of my pandemic weight gain, it was amazing to be able to do an intense workout like that without destroying my back. Now I'm 15 pounds down an can run again, but I still like to keep the ruck marching up. It's a great way to enjoy the outdoors and build endurance.
Running shortens your life expectancy. All new research points to this. Walking + short uphill 100% power sprints is optimal. Carrying a pack should be extremely good for your health span. Growth hormone & Testosterone increases with load…
Gritty has been straight forward no bs and such an inspiration for not only me but anyone in his videos and that’s what makes him one of the best UA-camrs on this platform
I am 61 years old and a 12 year CrossFit trainer/athlete. I love it but I found myself getting bored. Got into rucking about a month ago after watching one of your videos. Did my first six miler yesterday with 37 lbs in the ruck pacing at 16 min/mile. Spiced it up with 5 pushups for each mile. Burned almost 1,500 calories. Rucking will be added to my weekly workout regimen for the remainder of my life.
-2-3x more calories than just walking (more weight in the sack, more calories burned) -70% less stressful on your body than running Strengthen bones, joints, and tendons -Easy to build up from low weight to higher weight (progressive overload) -Ruck Marching is a full body exercise that builds muscle (core, back, legs, traps) -Helps you build better posture as your body is forced to be in proper posture -Heart works harder than walking which is better for your body -Cardio in general is good for your body -Rucking helps you build resilience: pushing through the pain -Rucking gets you outside (especially if you go into the woods) -Ruch marching can be social/can join a community and find competition -Anyone can start rucking from any skill level. Tips: -Know your route. Bring water and snack.
Agree with No. 2 & 3, Just retired 30Y +Ortho Dude. I saw in practice the injuries to the lower extremities were a result of not walking long distant regularly. Then run on weekends mostly resulted in Tendonitis or a general pain in the joints. Start slow and walk. your joints will thank you. Semper Fi
Yes! I go rucking 2-3 times a week, ~900 metre circuits around my local woods/fields. Confused the heck out of the local dog walkers for a while but now I know them. It helps me a lot in all the ways you mention. Come rain or shine, I love it.
Absolutely rucking counts as Cardio!!! If your just starting out and want to get a little better at it… Try some intervals with the ruck. 1:00 trot followed by 2:00 walk, or go for some distances. Your endurance with a ruck will improve easily.
I’m a former US Marine and have always enjoyed running but never got into rucking. I’ve recently been following you and learning a lot from your channel. Looking forward to my 1st ruck march. Awesome channel!
One of the best videos I've seen on Rucking. I just started after weeks of just walking, i added a simple day pack with a Jackery 250, and 2 water bottles and it ended up being 14 pounds. I do at least 5,000 steps which for me is about 2.5 miles. The first goal is 10k steps or 5 miles. The only soreness I had was in the back of my neck. Maybe that was from looking down at the ground to make sure i wasn't stepping on broken glass. If I get a proper ruck with chest and hip straps that might not be an issue. I use to carry my kid on my back in a carrier from when they were a baby up to about 2 years old and walk for an hour 3 5 days per week, up and down the hills of Oakland, CA. I did not know it then but that was rucking. That was before cancer and chemo. Now I'm fighting my way back into shape and good health and rucking is the path for me. Eventually I want to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania to help other folks fighting cancer to be brave, never give up, and that they too can do it.
This is very motivating, I’m just starting out with rucking, I was already walking as much as possible when I came across some rucking videos and thought it only made sense!
I’ve been wanting to get into rucking for a while now. Recently separated from the Air Force and now looking at going Green to the Army because I miss being in. These videos have been some of the most informational and motivational to start rucking! Thank you for your dedication to making these videos!
I am mixing this in with a race I am training for that isn’t until March. It allows me to do something different and still fit in time to hunt through the fall and winter. Plus, walking is part of my race plan for a 100 mile run. So, rucking is a good way to supplement the running.
I started talking to my recruiter about joining the military and I did some research into RASP for the 75th. I've never been more excited and happy in my life, I've already started training for basic and my practice asvab is tomorrow. Just hit 16:50 for my first mile. Gotta get that down and I'm good! MEPS in a week.
I lift weights about 5-6 times a week and walk 2-3 times per week but I definitely need to get starting in rucking! My cardio is horrible and my legs and lower back are my weakest body parts.
Rucking for me gives me time to think. It’s one of the few activities I really tap into deep thought reflection - no phone, no music, just me and nature. No matter how wrecked the ruck makes me feel, my mind always seems kinda clear afterwards.
I worked as a sampler, assistant to a geologist, doing exploration for a mining company. We typically scaled 20 miles a day. I carried a sack with a Geiger counter, a rock pick, sample sacks ( 50's uranium) and lunch, a can of fruit cocktail and another can of Vienna sausage. We each carried a two quart canteen. I remember so many days, being; hot, tired, hungry, thirsty and ten mile back to camp. Each day I swore if I ever got back to camp I would call the boss and quit. A pan full of hobo stew, a water bag, and a cup of tea with a cigar at sunset and the next day we were back at it again, day after day, after. Typically worked 10 on and 4 off. I never get tired of the rain, living on the Oregon Coast and at 87 I have my riding mower and wood splitter to stay in shape. Live is good! Iguana
Thanks for making this! We've got a six mile ruck coming up right after a 2 mile run and I'll keep these in mind. You're running tips took a minute off my run time in 3 weeks.
So I don't usually leave comments on videos but just wanted to say thanks for doing these videos. I essentially stumbled across them while watching some other videos. I have been out of the Army for 6 years now and have been wanting to get back more into rucking and overall fitness. Your videos have given me some good instructions and ideas for how to go about getting back into the shape I was when I left the Army. Keep doing the videos. I appreciate them.
I started rucking with my dog about a year ago. Prior to this the last time I did a ruck march was 1995 in Bosnia during Operation Joint Endeavor. I found this channel about 3 weeks ago and enjoy the no nonsense content.
Rewatching your videos often fills in blanks because life is on the move and I often have them playing while I'm doing tasks in the background. Goal setting, advancing and improving stamina are my main concerns these days.... I've been in the woods working off and on for 30 years and nature and I are good, now I just need to get back to an acceptable physical fitness that I can maintain and feel good about. You're always a giant help. I will admit to commenting more during your giveaways, that in no way takes away from my admiration and appreciation of what you're doing. Thank you
I’m just starting Bushcrafting and I’m partly disabled from a work accident that caused lots of injuries and walking long distance tends to hurt so I had intentions of walking till just before severe pain and set up for the night, then repeating and repeating. You have inspired me to putting on my very old bag and starting to ruck to help elevate some pain and actually build muscle so I can walk further and let my love the outdoors as much as I did before the accident. Anyways I’m rambling lol thanks for the motivation
You have the best videos! I just started off walking 4 months ago. Adding weight up to 25 pounds going 5 miles now. Your info has helped considerably! Thank you!
Thanks for the video .. rucking really helps me set my mind straight and everything should do something hard often. I’ve lost 120 lbs in the past year and this Utah winter we’ve been having has kicked my ass and I’ve gained 20lbs back. The weather is starting to get warm and my goal is to get down to 220 lbs .. I was 400lbs in 2021😮 . Thank you
Thank you for sharing! I have been active in mountain biking for the last 25 years or so. But then I had problems with my lower back and riding my MTB wasn't that good anymore. Then I started hiking to get outside and enjoy nature. After a short time I missed the physical endurance training effect. And then there were mental problems... Thanks to UA-cam, I came across the idea of jerking and gave it a try. And i love it. It helped me feel better mentally and strengthened my back. So I can say rucking improved my situation. Best regards from Germany and Happy Easter! Torsten
I'm enjoying the information, everything from the health benefits to past packing vids. I enjoy applying these concepts to personal activities so thank you for the info!
Sounds like you have experienced enough to realize the longevity benefits. This is the second ruck video I've watched this morning, 9/15/23. I've been thinking on it for some time. Back into walking, want to jog, not run only so I can do a few ultra trail marathons later. It's a slow process but at 68 young I'll be darned if sitting in a bark a lounger is for me, never has or hopefully will be part of my eventual demise. You have generated what I would call, a second wind of inspiration for this feller. Thanks.
I remember my first 12 miler a few months ago, about a 14 minute mile and I felt terrible for days afterwards. Love all the tips you been giving, a ruck like that seems so easy now.
I'm definitely liking the rucking as opposed to simply walking for exercise. I'm in my 50's now and in the last 10 years my job description has become far less active and I've put on a lot of weight that it's time( past time) to address. Your videos are always motivational, thank you
Two rucking vids into your channel man, and I've gotta say I'm sold! I love backpacking and camping and am always wanting an excuse to get outside. I'm looking up some good places right now around my city to go walk 12 miles!
I just watched your post "Fan Dance" Now while watching this after a long spell of no endurance training i believe its the ideal path forward for me mentally physically and spiritually. Times are tough and the world is in a very dark place. God bless and thank you for helping me get motivated to take the first foot forward.
Thank you for the content . I’m getting back into the Army as a chaplain now at 40 yrs old, so it’s always awesome to pull some inspirations from others who serve
After a life of sedentary existence at 50, I'm down to 145lbs at 5'4". Now ruck 20lbs with a couple steel plates. I use a camel back with a towel in the bottom and the water bladder removed. Works for me. I do a 5km walk like this about 1 or twice a week at the most. I was doing more, but found that was interrupting my recovery, given my age and novice status. I've also started a beginner resistance training program and find that with ruck is helping me get into shape the most.
I find your channel very inspiring, have several trail runs this summer and fall. And I’m trying everything I can think to get ready for them including rucking . So keep the videos coming. We weren’t met to live binge watching Netflix and going to bed at 2am , then repeat.
Glad I found your channel, for better rucking tips. I ruck with 50 lbs., Hidden Woodsmen pack with Alice frame, added Molle straps and belt, for comfort and tightness, love the setup. Yes, fitness benefits, spending active time with my dog, exploring nature one of the best ways I stay fit and stress free, thanks for your videos, awesome.
I enjoy rucking also especially in the woods and near large bodies of water. I feel that it’s very therapeutic and physically challenging at the same time. I’ve been doing it for many years and really enjoy being outdoors. I really enjoy watching your channel because it’s very educational and positive. Keep up the good work.
I typically run with a 20# weight vest, but I haven’t really gone rucking since combat school (outside of carrying one of my boys on my back). These rucking videos have me motivated to get back into it!
Rucking for me, is ALL about the spiritual connection to Mother Earth. Being of Native American heritage, nature is my source for peace of mind, strength of character, and positive motivation. And of course, the mental and physical benefits you spoke of. I'm still going strong at sixty years young, and absolutely no intention on slowing down! Peace and blessings to you Gritty Soldier! Stay strong! 💪
I’ve ran several marathons and am now a bit bored with it. I injured my cuboid bone in my last race and put on a few pounds. I purchased a vest a few weeks ago and easily walk 6 - 9 miles. I always thought that running was the best form of fitness to lose weight, but this might take the cake. I now get to enjoy the scenery a lot more when I ruck opposed to running. I’m killing a lot more audiobooks and my peace of mind is increasing. I love this stuff!!!!
Followed your lead on the boots. Best pair of boots I have ever owned. I'm rucking 3 times/week with 45 lbs. But I'm only doing 3 miles up/down hills....love it!
Just lugged around a fully loaded Shimoda 70L camera bag (with properly padded hips belts and torso height adjustments) today on a shoot. And I have to say even as a marathon runner and deadlifting conventional, that was rough. I have a plate carrier vest for pull-ups but always thought that squeezed me down too much to use it outside. So I was searching something like “plate carrier” here on youtube hoping that could potentially help strengthen my lower back; but eventually I got to “rucking” for the first time in my life tonight. And this was the second video I saw that wasn’t some company ad. I think your point; in just getting out there with a heavy bag, work your body and your soul, is what I heard to convince myself to fill up a load out next weekend and try it. That’s essentially what your whole video was - you just getting out there, no frills, no upsell. I love seeing that man. 17 minutes of rucking talking about rucking. Also the obvious benefit to the lower back with that pulling activation, and the quads even with that increased weight in stepping down is also convincing me - but regardless I appreciate the helpful tips and friendly thoughts so definitely throwing in a sub!!
Rucking has been an amazing addition to fitness while losing weight. Too overweight to run without my knees begging for mercy but throwing some weight in a backpack gets my HR up and its great for listening to podcast. Down 20lbs so far - which is my pack weight currently. Its funny to think every time I pick up the ruck, this is what I have burned off.
Thank you for making this video. I'm in my last year of college and leaning towards joining the military in the near future. Your video popped up on my feed and I was instantly hooked. Whether or not I join the military, I'm excited to try something new and see how much I'll grow in the process.
Besides keeping me in shape, rucking helped me and is helping me going through a very rough personal time. Being outside, especially in the winter in Illinois when the temperature is below 0, the ground is covered in snow, and I am the only one around, is extremely curative and meditative. Thank you for all the tips, they really helped me improve my time on the 12 miles as well as allowed me to ruck for more than 12 miles.
What is not to like about this video? Been in the Infantry for 8 years.. I keep rucking in my own personal fitness program as well. Gritty nailed it again.
Love the holistic approach. I'd only thought of rucking as a "means to an end" but there is a lot more to it, as you so astutely pointed out. Keep up the great work!
I’ve been watching this series over the past couple of days. It’s been pretty good and informative. I’m about to load up this old ILBE I bought a couple of years ago and give it a try.
As someone in their 50s, I just started rucking and thoroughly enjoy it for all the reasons you so FITtingly described. I just recently came across your channel and find it not only informative but incredibly motivational. When my friends ask why do I ruck, I can now just send them your video… so thank you for that! Although you truly have encapsulated the tremendous wellbeing benefits of rucking, you could have possibly added the Prepper aspect. Not sure if there has been a time in recent memory that knowing how best to travel with a DG3 Crossfire pack, carrying essential life sustaining supplies and actually having the physical and mental strength and fortitude to do it, is so vital. Thanks, Gritty!

Awesome. I'm in similar boat, lift 3x ruck 2x hiit 1x. Sitting in a chair ten plus hours a day is a killer need to combat that every way you can.

Try carnivore diet for 3 mths. Meat (mince beef, beef and mutton. ),butter ( or ghee anf tallow).😊
17 mins 😂😂😂😂😂 you should be hitting 12s……
Look up carnivore diet and parkinsons. God Bless
Might want to check with your chiro on how rucking might compress the discs of older ruckers.

About to complete my third ruck Friday. Nothing to crazy in terms of distance yet. Only 4 miles but gotta start somewhere.
Right their with ya. I started 3 weeks ago I ruck every Wednesday. So far only 6.5 miles but I stay at a slow jog pace of 14:30 a mile.
Keep it up y’all! It’s a very specific work out isn’t it? I find it to be a total body work out.
Makes me want to start tomorrow!

I am new to this but at 69 yr I am currently able to do 5 miles with 30lbs. I am improving daily so I appreciate very much your insights and encouragement in this. Thank you.
That’s amazing. Don’t know many if any 69 year olds that can pull that off. Keep it up 💪🏻

I thought of another benefit: It's scale=able. I can ruck with my elderly mother -- she does a mile -- she carries like 5lbs and I carry 40. We end up doing the same pace and we both benefit.
That's a really good point. I can do it with a 5 year old daughter. She's carrying nothing, but can't walk that fast - but I carry 40 lbs.
……..every exercise is scalable
@@kool4209all are scalable, but scaling while being able to stay side by side with someone at a very different level isn't always possible
Love it! 🤙
🤘
Thank you for the drawing. GL everyone.
Amazing 💪🏻💪🏻
Great video, thank you
Hope you’re feeling better. What an awful world we live in :(
@@kpicsoffice4246 I am, thank you 🙏
I love rucking. Please be careful if you are a beginner!! I injured my right foot and both hips because I went too heavy too far. Start light and short distance my friends 🙏
Excellent advice. If you are over 30 gradual is key…
LOL!
I (also) call it backpacking.
Been at it for years. Great, addictive training behavior.
Just finished 1300 miles in Europe.
No end in sight
I absolutely agree mate
Live long and prosper!😂
They’ve done this for years. It’s a form of travel. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That's awesome to hear, that you were able to find a way to exercise without killing yourself. Good job man.
-2-3x more calories than just walking (more weight in the sack, more calories burned)
-70% less stressful on your body than running
Strengthen bones, joints, and tendons
-Easy to build up from low weight to higher weight (progressive overload)
-Ruck Marching is a full body exercise that builds muscle (core, back, legs, traps)
-Helps you build better posture as your body is forced to be in proper posture
-Heart works harder than walking which is better for your body
-Cardio in general is good for your body
-Rucking helps you build resilience: pushing through the pain
-Rucking gets you outside (especially if you go into the woods)
-Ruch marching can be social/can join a community and find competition
-Anyone can start rucking from any skill level.
Tips:
-Know your route.

Yes! I go rucking 2-3 times a week, ~900 metre circuits around my local woods/fields. Confused the heck out of the local dog walkers for a while but now I know them. It helps me a lot in all the ways you mention. Come rain or shine, I love it.
I'm from a small town, everyone was confused when I started rucking through town twice a week last year too.
@@IronSharpensIron127 hah! Great stuff. "Hey dog, I'll fill my pack with dog biscuits next time."
what percent of your body weight do u ruck with?
@@feelinghealingfrequences7179 I started with ~7% for a few weeks and worked up to ~10%. I now also do ~12.5% once in a while.
Once a Marine... always a Marine
Oscar Ramos, WTF!!! You are never a former Marine...
Former marine and never been on a hump?
Every single Marine regardless of MOS has rucked at some point, if only to earn the title. You are not a Marine if this is your 1st ruck.
@@MichaelLuo0311 Probably first ruck besides The Crucible
Just started SOF prep training and your channel has been a huge help to get me going with the basics!
Cool! I already love it. Thanks for the great info. ❤ I’m doing 30 pounds and walking for an hour. I’m about fifty pounds overweight right now.
you cant out walk a bad diet ,hope you put that as a number 1 on the list 🍌

Put on my weighted vest for a walk yesterday after not doing it for awhile. Had me feeling good all day. Need to make this a habit.
Thanks for making this! We've got a six mile ruck coming up right after a 2 mile run and I'll keep these in mind. You're running tips took a minute off my run time in 3 weeks.
Appreciate the community that's being built here Gritty. Thank you for your service as well!
No problem brother! Glad you commented!!! 🤘
I would absolutely love this pack ❤🙏❤️
I started rucking with my dog about a year ago. Prior to this the last time I did a ruck march was 1995 in Bosnia during Operation Joint Endeavor. I found this channel about 3 weeks ago and enjoy the no nonsense content.
Just curious, what's Joint Endeavor? Thanks...
I've done my first rucking today! Yea~
With a 20lbs bag and about 3miles walk.
This is the first fitness based activity that I have truly enjoyed. I'm on my second year of it and it has changed my life.
Perfect timing! Have a 12 mile ruck and a marathon ruck coming up. These extra benefits will give that extra push 👊🏼 appreciate you!!!
Thank you
Never been on a ruck before and can’t wait to get started.
💪
The area you are in, looks amazing, I often miss mountains in my area, they are my favorite terrain to ruck in!
All the best for your recovery mate ! I’m sure using your body will help it rebuild. You’re an inspiration
Thank you
Keep us updated man! Big props brother! Don’t stop
🤘🏼 Savage
i just got back from my first ruck and watching your video. Thank you for the motivation, you are awesome!
🤜 🤛
Always useful information while I’m working on getting into Ranger school.
Torsten
This month is my Ruck improvement month for me “March” so these Ruck videos are perfect. Thank you!
Excellent video!
The improvement in leg strength is pretty amazing, another great video I shared with our group
I never thought of walking pace rucking as low-impact cardio exercise. I'm going to start incorporating into my cardio regime on non-lifting days.
It’s a great thing for lifters to do to burn a little extra fat but maintain muscle mass.
🤘
I just watched your post "Fan Dance"
Now while watching this after a long spell of no endurance training i believe its the ideal path forward for me mentally physically and spiritually.
Times are tough and the world is in a very dark place.
God bless and thank you for helping me get motivated to take the first foot forward.
Thank you for the content . I’m getting back into the Army as a chaplain now at 40 yrs old, so it’s always awesome to pull some inspirations from others who serve
The Army could use Jesus right now lol
A chaplain? A woman with a joke profile pic? Oh man... this world is a massive joke. Lmao 🤡
The DG-3 looks so good on your back, I love this pack!
Did a nice 5 mile ruck today!! It definitely cleared my head and was a hell of a workout!
Great video, great channel - looking forward to future content
The DG-3 is looking amazing, such a beautiful pack!
Loving the videos man - can’t wait to bring rucking into my work flow this summer. 💪🏼
💪
Wanna feel like a roman warrior? Ruck.
what if I just wear a 20lb weight vest?
That’ll do 👍
I’ve ran several marathons and am now a bit bored with it.
5th comment right here in the giveaway, commenting as many times as we want is great, the more effort, the higher the chance to win!
Thank-you for your tips! I have been in ballet/pilates forever but rucking changed my body in a few weeks 😊
I actually thought the pack would be more bulky but I like how the design is super slim..Awesome!
Videos have for sure inspired me to push myself when it comes to running and staying in shape
Followed your lead on the boots. Best pair of boots I have ever owned. I'm rucking 3 times/week with 45 lbs. But I'm only doing 3 miles up/down hills....love it!
The DG-3 looks soo good in action, this is absolutely the pack of my dreams!
🤘
Thank You For Serving Our Country🇺🇲 Thanks For Sharing. I've been trying to lose weight. This will help.
👊
Appreciate your knowledge and willingness to pass on information. 70 years old and easing into rucking.
Love the holistic approach. I'd only thought of rucking as a "means to an end" but there is a lot more to it, as you so astutely pointed out. Keep up the great work!
Two times a week, that is truly impressing!
Just got sent back to my memories from my rucks at the Bundeswehr 20 years ago. I gonna restart that. Thanks to you!
