Not only is Matt WAAAAAY talented, he's also the perfect compliment to Zooey's fun personality, equally brilliant stage presence, refreshing vocals, and heritage-infused melodies.
Thanks to Merge for supporting this talented duo (and their band). I will certainly be buying this CD for my 9 yr. old daughter (errr...and myself!).
Her music is so simple at heart, the lyrics are very predictable and the music it self is very repetitive, but It sounds great somehow. Like there's some sort of nostalgia to it and I love it.
