You didn't mention the most important part - the reason he doesn't want to turn it into a serious commitment is because she's demonstrating that she's not worth committing to. A woman that is willing to sleep in your bed / have sex with you without being married to you (or even DATING you in this song!) is a terrible choice for a serious commitment.
I’m discovering all these musical artists now who were really active back around 2008. It’s a shame cause I was in my early 20’s and would’ve liked to see them live.
