Aggressive but still had an atmosphere, I liked it. Hey the final 2 songs of the The Poetic Edda (Disembodied Tyrant/Synestia) EP released and it's EP of the year for me. Whether it's a reaction or own your own, it's worth a listen. Skoal. 🤘🍻
There's something funny seeing the drummer to just start screaming. That has to add a whole another layer of difficulty to the drumming These guys seem to be willing to sit on one idea a little bit longer than something like Archspire for example. I liked it enough to check out a few more songs from them
OK, I'll be the odd man out here. It was certainly brutal and well done, but just a bit too monotone for me. I did notice that the drummer was playing patterns outside the norm for this type of song, but no less brutal. And yep, Freshman, Sophmore, Junior, Senior = Year 10, 11, 12, 13. Passed to us by Oxford and Cambridge. Blame the Brits. 😁

Fantastic. Technical stuff loses me sometimes, but this hooked me from the opening right through to that ending riff
