That master's bedroom balcony! Whats great about the design is you can hang out there without having to worry about people looking up your legs lol. And yeah the spaces in the house were utilized properly (no overly wide hallways and tiny bedrooms).

Everything in the house itself was well thought of especially the semi-covered balcony, it covers the room from any harsh environmental climate from too much sunlight and from heavy typhoon rains/strong winds. Though the ventilated hollow blocks is beautiful to look at, those are sort of hard to clean from accumulated dust.
Well everything is gorgeous plus how the rooms were designed with its walk-in closets with translucent glass frames, which some even have lights to help one see what one is looking for. The ceiling fans are so practical and minimalist. Plus the perimeter partitions placed on top of the concrete wall protecting the property and individuals who will live there, if I may ask though, are they made of aluminum bars or bamboo binded all together, thanks?
Miss pretty house presentor Julia and the Presello videographer staff deserves a "congrats" overall in a well video presentation for this beautiful property for sale... I love living there.

I just saw another house tour on this particular property on another channel and most of the comments there were made by Presello fans saying "There's already a Presello video on this", etc.

I love this house! Everything is well though of. The size of the rooms are not too small, not too big, all with T&B. Love that all restrooms have windows for natural light and ventilation. The floor plan of the dining and living is perfect. Not too spacious that you need to put more furniture. And the most of all, the swimming pool. 😍 I find this size of pool appealing and practical. Simple place to chill, day or night. I wonder if the sunlight reflects inside the house in daytime, that would be lovely.

Fun facts: Those "ventilated hollow blocks" as Julia mentioned at 4th bedrm are actually called "Breeze blocks" And that quartz below the door frame at 19:40 is actually called "Door threshold".👌
No that is not what "Breeze Blocks" are. Breezeblock were a light weight cinder block (without any holes of any kind in them),they were called Breezeblock because of their light weight caused by the material being made from cinders( Ashes and residue of coal or charcoal, usually from a furnace was called "breeze", the breeze in the block).. I understand your confusion as Americans seem to call blocks with holes in "breeze block".

It is also called decorative blocks or ventilation blocks. And yes, they are light weight. Breeze block is different from concrete hollow blocks (CHB).

Very minimalist design which is I loved.
love this matte floor on the first floor. love the balcony on the master's bedroom. love the 5 bedrooms. love the ventilated hollow blocks. love the layout of the house. love how conveniently you can sit on the side of the pool and get in easily. overall, i love the house but despite the big awnings in the bathrooms, based on experience, bathrooms are cooler with exhaust fans. If ever, that's the only thing i'd add on to this house. one of the best and practical houses featured here in presello.

Agree with what you said Julia, love the design and that wall in front doesn't just add aesthetic to the house but also helps as shade from sunlight without sacrificing too much wind coming in. And the space, love it all from the bedrooms to its own T&B, to living and dining 👌🏼. Also the pool, i mean who doesn't love the pool especially in this season? 😅

The design is excellent for its lot area. However, the village is prone to flooding so it would have been better if they raised the pool further.

It's straightforward and simply well-designed. Maganda pagkapili sa finishes, nice neutral color scheme, sakto ang room sizes pati pool hindi parang pinilit lang magkapool. Pansin ko rin elbow level yung light switches which I think is more practical.
