I like homescape realty's way of presenting. Chill lang at kita lagi lahat ng corners ng bahay, plus points din yung room size and materials info sa script. It's a different take compared sa Presello but I like seeing both. Sana nga mas marami pang coincidences na ganito haha. Also, mukhang nauna magshoot ang homescape realty in this case, mas maraming kulang ang house sa video nila (master's cabinet doors, headboard, some cabinet handles)
Finally, I saw a house with a different exterior. Very very nice. Also, I love the kitchen and the marble tiles in one of the bathrooms! In fact, it is much nicer than the master bath. 😁 Overall, I like this house except for the location.😒

Hi Dean this home owner must be desperate to sell this home because there are two UA-camrs showing this same house the same day "Presello" I guess they need to sell this house fast
So if a house has been featured by the other channel, does that mean that other presenters can't do so? I don't see your logic. All I can see is a person being highly disrespectful.

Ang nagpapaganda sa house perspective ay roofing with easement design, sana naconsider dito. Hindi up to perimeter wall. No adequate air ventilation.
