Thick Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
(8 large cookies + 1 bonus)
Butter: 100g
Sugar: 150g
Egg: 1
Vanilla Extract: 5 drops
All-purpose Flour: 260g
Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Chocolate Chips: 300g
Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes, then bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Enjoy these cookies that are like scones, like biscuits... but when you taste them, they're definitely cookies! They're so delicious you might just burst into laughter. Give them a try!
