@@rajatsingh1375 Electoral bond was not transparent until the SC ordered the release of data. So, it did not really meet the stated ambition of the government (i.e., removing black money from election funding). There were no benefits of the bond apart from political parties collecting huge amount of money which was otherwise impossible.
The government can reintroduce the electoral bond again while making amendments to it such that it is constitutional.

After all, all political parties need funding. Your concern for a businessman to get favors in lieu of bribery far overshadows the fundamental right of transparency that is necessary for free and fair elections. That's a bigger question, why is it so?

But the good things is SBI made a very robust system ensure that anonymity so even after sharing the records, court don't have capability to find out who paid whom. Kudos to engineers who worked on that.

Everyone has the right for their opinion and even you, atleast for now in India. So you can express your views and even I. And my view is that he is a very good judge, who like any other human may have made one or two mistakes. But in all he has done good job.
He should be charged with contempt of Court.
The judge said 'another'. Which means there was already a court of contempt against him

@@user-hf4jz8uj5n When judges listen selectively, advocate has to raise their voice. And why do we need contempt of court in 21st century? It's old colonial law that should be scrapped. Indian judicial system has still colonial mindset. It's one of the c*rrupt institutes in some ways, for example the collegium system to appoint judges.
