With just 20+- of these cars that came in to SA its a Shame they were overlooked and overshadowed by other cars that didn't have nearly as much tech and character as what this car had! I mean swiveling screens.... COME ON!

If i look at the interior of a new Benz S class i want to puke. It looks like a Tesla. Feels like you are sitting in your office with some tablets around you, not in a car :/

What can I say man, I bought mine on April 2019 an is used as my daily driver. It is a CL63 2008 with that beast of an engine that the Ml156 is, it is also the same silver. While I will prefer to have found a Barolo Red or the Black, I still think the silver is Mercedes Signature sport color. What a piece of mechanical engineering!
The only little piece of tech this car is worth to add is to get the Navitool to add android / iPhone screen mirroring to compensate for the dated and not longer supported navigation technology does not feel dated.

Also had the apple car play added which makes a massive improvement

Timeless certainly described it perfectly. It's like a Rolex Oyster Perpetual. You know immediately what it is, 14 year later still looks like a new car and while the S Class Coupe is a tour the force of lcd screens it certainly lost a lot of the shape appeal.

Factor in gas/fuel, maintainence/repairs, etc. Thats why its only 20. You know the saying nothing more expensive than a cheap Mercedes
@@targetegrat bought a 2004 e320 and have only done fluid changes and brakes put 200k on it lol depends if it was taken care of
@@targetegratI don’t agree with that statement. Ive had a “cheap used e class and now a “cheap used” cls550. Never had any issues with the e class had it for years and only had to do regular maintenance and oil changes. I got the 2012 cls550 rn and got it as the second owner with only 34k miles it’s extremely reliable so far.
@@targetegratsure maintenance is more expensive but I didnt pay much and I take care of it theyre reliable when maintained and not abused

S class coupe is better
s class coupe is the son of cl series, cl class has almost everything from w221 and w220 inside. in 2015 mercedes discontinued cl series and brought s class coupe which is the same thing
W221 is more reliable
