So many new athletes don’t realize that running or cycling at higher heart rates than lots of time in zones 1/2 undermines performance and recovery. Great video. I am a huge fan of the 80/20 approach to cycling and running. I enjoy your channel and look forward to seeing it grow and to seeing more over the months ahead.
