- June 17, 2023 was a night that changed Richianna DeGuzman’s life forever. The 17-year-old was shot in the head near Maili Community Park around 11 p.m. and her chances of survival were slim.

You are thinking of that other case. This case they never found the shooter.
they know the car the shooter was in and more details but the car owners family lawyered up quick.
American Judicial System, American criminal system, American Healthcare System, get used to waiting.
There is nothing American about the the Hawaii state laws. What 😂
