We got through the holidays not that we didn't have our moments but we were also able to laugh & have a good time as well. Her 3 children (I'm the youngest &will turn 58 on May 7th), grands & great-grands will be celebrating her heavenly 90th birthday, that's something to look forward to.

My husband loved to go fishing with his uncles, friends, and family. I'm sure he would have enjoyed watching you, too. He would fillet some of the fish for the kids because they didn't like the bones😅. Walleye, bass, perch, catfish, flounder🐠🐟. We're from Pgh, Pa. So, they would go up to Erie, Pa, and other places around there. He and some friends went to Canada once. He had a great time. He's gone, now😢🕊🪽💔. But, he's "gone fishing in heaven"🪽

I've never heard of your channel, but I just watched your smoked oxtails. That was great. Iooked thru the vids & I had to watch it. Mama was telling right. She was funny. My grandmother, my grandfather & my great grandmother cleaned & fried fish every Friday & sometimes Sunday morning. I don't know why I blinked my tears away bc that was some of my great memories. This may be weird, but I used to always watch them in the kitchen on the floor or in the backyard/porch. It was real fish. Not the bags of fish from the grocery store. I miss real fish. Mom knows her stuff and that was excellent wisdom. If you guys catch blue crabs save the fish heads in a freezer bag label as crab bait and freeze it till you ready to go crabbing. Yep that how I love to have my fish butterflied and scored.

I've never heard of your channel, but I just watched your smoked oxtails. That was great. Iooked thru the vids & I had to watch it. Mama was telling right. She was funny. My grandmother, my grandfather & my great grandmother cleaned & fried fish every Friday & sometimes Sunday morning. I don't know why I blinked my tears away bc that was some of my great memories. This may be weird, but I used to always watch them in the kitchen on the floor or in the backyard/porch. It was real fish. Not the bags of fish from the grocery store. I miss real fish. I'm a new sub. Thx you.
