I currently own Anon M4 toric lense and was considering the m5 toric cylindrical, is the vision really noticeable worse on the cylindrical lenses?

The M5 lens only comes in a mellowed out toric lens. It's kind of a "in-between" version of the toric and cylindrical options of the M4. You get the vision and airflow benefits of a toric lens but the retro look of a cylindrical lens. Personally I love it, my favorite google so far!

It is not, the M5 lens is a Toric lens that just looks like a cylindrical.
