Ingredients：
100ml Warm water
20g (4 tsp.) Sugar
80g (2.7 oz.) Heavy cream
1 (large) Egg
3g (0.6 tsp.) Instant yeast
15g (1.1 tbsp.) Unsalted butter
300g (2.3 cups) Bread Flour
3g (0.5 tsp.) Salt
1 sheet Puff pastry
Preheat the oven to 180 ℃ (356 ℉) and bake for 15 minutes
Then adjust to 200℃ (392℉) and bake for 5 minutes
