- Almost ready for matching 12” wheels, just waiting on a couple conversion parts for the disc brake and I can start tuning for speed! Currently at 59.x mph with just an intake filter and custom exhaust. I’ve got a variator, several roller kits, 2 belts, and the MiniMotoNation carb kit to try out. Hoping for another 5-10mph before I’m finished. Please keep watching, like, comment and subscribe! Lots more custom modifications to come as well as more easy bolt on!
This is probably my favorite Navi. That rear setup is amazeballs. Keep it up!!
Thanks man!
When you’re a serial killer and can’t show your fingerprints on camera with today’s technology…🤣
You can never be too careful! 🤣
Love what you have done with the bike 😍
Thank you!
Yessssss
Thanks, hope you like it!
Dude I dig the pointer 😂
Thanks, I need to use it more. Always makes the videos a bit more fun.
Cool deal man. Cant wait to see it all done.
Thanks man, the waiting on parts is killing me on this one! Haha
Sick build
Thank you, I’ve got a couple more mods coming up soon!
Great yoshi sound. I knew it would be. I have one on my 3021 Honda xr650l
I have them on most of my bikes, I bet your XR sounds great!
@@xtramediumminimoto my xr650l is converted to a Supermoto but I haven’t posted a video of the Yoshimura pipe yet. I’m wanting to get a Navi but I have a Sondors Metacyle electric bike on the way. You can see my xr650l conversion on my channel
Pretty, pretty, pretty good..
Thank you! That’s pretty much what I’m shooting for. ❤️
Nice!
Thanks Dana, this one fits SO much better than the first one! Haha
Your bike looks sick!
Sorry if I have lots of questions.
What LED headlight are you using? It looks bright as hell.
What shock is that?
& How do you change the handlebar grips?
Thanks.
Thanks! I built this almost 2 years ago, so some of the best answers are in the comments already. The rear shock is wirus win from webike japan, changing the grips is pretty easy. Just make sure to buy 7/8ths sized grips. Removing the old ones is easiest by cutting them off.
Hey can you send a link for the wheels you used and list if any other modifications were needed for them too fit as well I’d love for my Navi to have a similar wheel setup yours looks 👌🏻
Hoping to make a video with that information soon!
What kind of bar set up is that ??? looks fire 🔥
Both of my Navi have these but different options. The teal bike has lower than stock bars, the green bike has risers from eBay.

Hi I have a 12” rear wheel on my Navi and can only achieve 51mpg with the SSP-G PERFORMANCE CLUTCH KIT and the MALOSSI VARIATOR KIT FOR the HONDA NAVI. What’s your thoughts on the break in period? I currently have 197 miles on it. I’m wondering if it will go faster after the break in. Thank you
Mine definitely got faster after a few hundred miles. But I’ve always ridden my bikes hard from day one.
51mpg with all those mods? How much do you weigh ???? I easily got up to 50mph when I was at 0 miles
You have intake & exhaust with no jetting? Does it run good? 59mlh ?? 7mph increase? Wow
Stock jetting but I’m also a mile above sea level so my results may be different than yours. Also, not a 7mph increase, I don’t know where you got that number.
Are the plastics painted or a wrap?
It’s 3M atomic Teal wrap.
Where do you get the rims
They’re custom machined for the Navi hubs. I have the only ones.
I tried to get my girl to buy the navi. She got the 125 vino instead
That vino will definitely be faster so you win some/lose some right? Still a nice scoot!
@@xtramediumminimoto The Vinooo!!
IMO it’s similar to the Navi in the way there isn’t a lot of aftermarket support but anything can be modified if your resourceful or creative.
If I used an extra front wheel for the Honda Navi and put a 110/70-12 tire on it, would it fit in the rear without any modifications? Did you go with a custom wheel for the look or because the OEM front wheel doesn't work?
Oem front wheel fits just fine in the back but you’ll need to shave the engine case either way. There is no good reason to run a smaller tire than the stock front as you’ll lose the small gains from going up to the larger size. I’ve never tried a 110/70/12 on the rear but I doubt it’ll fit with out shaving.
Where did you get turn signal and head light bulb?
The front signals are Hotbodies racing from Steady Garage, and the bulb is from eBay. I also used a flasher relay from 12 o’clock labs and converted from AC to DC for the headlight bulb.
Changing rear shock? Or keeping it?
I think I may go an inch or two lower after I have both wheels mounted. Replace the rear shock and modify the front.
Where can I get that rim?
It’s special order from japan and requires machine work for fitment.
What website?
Were can I purchase one wheel
This wheel is special order from Japan and requires machine work. I’ll post links for them after the front is mounted. But you’ll have to find a machinist local to you.
@@xtramediumminimoto
did you find the link?
Rear tire same as the front one or aftermarket?
The current rear tire is a 110/70/12 Kenda KD1 racing tire. It’s intended for front use only but I flipped it around and mounted it on the rear. Front is 100/90/12 but I’m going to switch to the same as the rear. Both are KD1s.
@@xtramediumminimoto what about the rim ?
Also keep up with the content love it 👍
@@xtramediumminimoto this is what I was looking for! will flipping the tire create problems in wet-weather conditions?
