That was a fun one. Salty tear Joe should have worn the crown, learning what poor Blocks for Don goes through normally. Although, to still have it come to points, impressive lol.
love how the salt is on the other foot so to speak. these bat rep are the best out there and helped me learn the game a lot. I love when you guys show picking the battle cards as that part I still struggle with.
About time for Don to roll hot and Joe to be salty. Nice cameo from the Mandalorian, always fun to spot cool stuff in the wider shots of the nerd cave. Thanks for another quality Battle Report!
This was a fun one to watch. I know what its like to be in that position where the opponent just keeps on rolling blocks. Way to persevere through the salt, Joe, and make it a very close match!
Block City Don took Joe swimming in the Great Salt Lake! I've never put the HH-12 on the table, but I will now. Thanks for showing off those shenanigans.
Don decided that he was gonna paint Blocks on all sides of the red dice for him, and proceeded to hand the Salt crown to Joe. Was great to watch all 6 turns unfold and resulted in a game that was really close. Well played both of you and keep up the fun videos to watch. Don go wipe the paint off the red block dice, Joe has had enough
It does go to show you why we love this game....even with Don the untouchables blocking and Joe feeling the salt wrath....it still came down to one shot. Great game guys!
That was a good game and a nice, long episode. I completely get Joe getting salty. It is rough when the dice betray you. As you said, your tactics were sound. Thanks for sticking it out. Don’s defense was on fire. Block city, indeed. I think the only time I’ve seen better rolling was when my Cad Bane lived for two turns with one wound left.
Was a fun watch. Bit rough with Block King showing up but both sides played very well even if Joe refused his rightful Salt Crown. Thanks for another awesome report!
I like your videos very much. They are my favorite legion battle reports. As a non-native speaker I wish you would show more the results of attacks like giving out tokens or removing minis. It would sometimes make it easier to follow. Thank you very much for sharing your games!
@@graysquadrongaming8670 Thank you very much. Maybe another thought. I find the empty dice tray not so interesting to look at. Maybe it would be nice to gather dice at the board and then make a fast cut to the dice roll. But I really enjoy what you provide!
That was a nice and close game. It was fun to see the separatists and the imperials fight. Maybe some republic rebels coming up. The power of the death troops are always my favorite to see and play
Interesting to see Joe on the droids today. Hope to see you guys try out the Imperial Remnant battleforce soon. It does sound really strong but I also like the idea of the unit restrictions. Whole scout trooper squads are interesting so it would be fun to see how you guys try to utilize them.
GG guys. That's the power of the droids. They're so cheap you can lose a ton of them and still be close on kill points. Also, I'm updating my maps to show that Joe has brought enough salt to relocate the Dead Sea into a pond for Don to swim in at his new resort in Block City.
Don blocking that River of Salt like he's a dam at the Dead Sea. These were definetly not the droids Joe was looking for. Still great to see that despite the dice this was still a close game!
Don, I really like the purple of your B-2s, would you mind telling us your paint choices? I'd honestly really enjoy just a nice pan and scan across all the painted minis used on the channel to appreciate the size and quality of the collection !
The best part may have been Don's entertainment at Mando Joe and thereafter of Joe in general. Blocks and salt, nothing mix better in legion than those two XD
Word of the day should be “totally fair and even dice rolls, a completely skilled based result to the matchup” and everyone has to work it into a sentence naturally
It would be a nightmare to film and edit, but I always thought it would be cool to do what I'd call "cut-scenes/interviews" in between rounds. In my mind it looks like the Office. Like a quick update of what each player is going for, what they think the other player is trying to do. I'm enjoying your guys' content. Keep em coming!
The new cumbersome rules make things like the HH-12 a little more viable.... But I firmly believe that every weapon that exhausts should also have Cycle. Using an entire action to reload is major feelsbad imo
Is there really no reason to doge in minute 45 with the spider? I think it would reduce the hits by 1 wouldn´t it? The game was really fun to watch even when Joe nearly broke out in salty tears because Don had his Blocks up his sleaves.
That was a fun one. Salty tear Joe should have worn the crown, learning what poor Blocks for Don goes through normally. Although, to still have it come to points, impressive lol.
Lol, I tried man… but his dice were most impressive lol. Thanks for watching!

Yeah, the battle cards take a bit to fully understand which army is good at what. Thanks for watching!

Watching while building my CSI Persuader Tank. Best hour of the week and it's still monday
Awesome thanks for watching! -Don

It was a good build for it -Don
Nice! First batrep I've been somewhat on time for! Awesome video gents, keep it up!

I died laughing when the comment was made "must have been a bad goat"
Lol, thanks for watching!
-Joe
It’s ok Salty Tear Joe. Every time I play against Empire, they send me straight to block city.
Lol, thanks for watching!
-Joe
Big fan guys! I feel like I've learnt so much from watching you guys It's always a joy, salt and all!
Thanks for watching! -Don
Such a fun game to watch. It was weird seeing Joe so salty 😂. But great time guys
It felt weird, thanks for watching!
-Joe
Great game, a lot of fun to watch. All those blocks!
The dice had a lot to say for this game -Dob
Salty tear Joe and the Blocks of Don sound like a great band name for the musical episode!
That's true -Don
I think refusing to wear the salt crown is even saltier than accepting it. Great game.
Haha Joe didn't want to mess up his hair -Don
But I did wear it in the end lol. Thanks for watching!

Watching Block City Don just rolling nuts was a nice change of pace to see Salty tear Joe come out. Great game.
Thanks for watching -Don
Seeing the crown on salty, Joe was a definite a different turn but was still a close match. Great game.
Thanks, it was a good match -Don
I’ve never seen Joe with the salt crown nor Don with such hot dice. That was a fun game to almost come down to points lost as the deciding factor.
Yeah close is fun-Don
3 stack of death troopers. Insane those droids stand no chance!
They Rodger Rodgered the best they could. Thanks for watching!

I never knew Don could block your invite to the Joe's Salt Shack by the Dead sea. Great game, what a wild dice game for sure this episode.
Yeah for sure, thanks for watching -Don

Don and Joe: Battle for the Block Salt King? Great game as always gents!
Thanks for watching, we all know I am the true salt king -Don
All hail, Salt Long Joe! Fun game, even though Don blocked everything and Joe couldn’t hit to save his life.
Thanks for watching. -Don
Forget the spring/summer cup, need to have a Salt Cup!
I like that -Don
Just started collecting the empire to start playing. This is a super cool setup
The empire has a lot ofngreat options!-Don
I was gonna comment about how salty Joe was, but Don Blocked that too! Great game guys.
Haha perfect -Don
games that are determined in round 6 are always the best ones to play, good game guys
Yeah right, thanks for watching -Don
Even with Joe being Salty cuz of Don's grotesque amount of blocks, you guys are still very charismatic and great to watch!
We try to entertain -Don
Don blocking that River of Salt like he's a dam at the Dead Sea. These were definetly not the droids Joe was looking for. Still great to see that despite the dice this was still a close game!
Yeah very close game -Don
I love these battle reports. They are helping me learn so much. Hopefully the salt will not flow in my future games!
Glad to hear! -Don
Revenge of the Don leaves Joe salty, game still comes down to shots in R6. Signs of a great game.
It was a good one -Don
Uncommon to see such salt from Joe, but that’s what happens when you go up against the King of Blocks
Lol… yup all is true. Thanks for watching!
-Joe
What a turn of events, Don rolling hot for once!
Once in a blue moon it happens haha
No blocks for you Don. Interesting game, close at least to the end.
Thanks for watching -Don
wow Don you had Joes dice today :)
Lol, thanks for watching!

Enjoyed the game! Looked like a totally normal amount of blocks and no salt required 😂
Right, Joe overreacting-Don
The park guests in the Star Tours shuttle always getting their money's worth.

More like whackus blockus... because of all... the blocks.
Block. It was funnier in my head

Don, I really like the purple of your B-2s, would you mind telling us your paint choices? I'd honestly really enjoy just a nice pan and scan across all the painted minis used on the channel to appreciate the size and quality of the collection !
Joe actually painted them for me, I know it's a blend he did custom for them -Don
It was 55-60% royal purple for Vallejo and the rest metallic medium form Vallejo if I recall correctly :) thanks!
-Joe
Those B1 dice were actually kinda hot 👀 sadly Don's blocks were hotter. I'd be salty too haha
Lol… yeah, my fire power came through… but his reds were bonkers lol. Thanks for watching!

So close. Good job, guys.

Haha -Don
Great game, guys! Salt Block!!! Delicious!
Thanks for watching! -Don
FYI - While hiding Iden, Don could have recovered to get the shield back. I suspect he doesn't use her very much, but there's a little trick.
Your right I forgot that -Don
Salt King is now the Blocking King!
Started well for CIS with all that damage on Iden, but it just fell apart
She had to hide most of the game -Don
Don is always salty but Joe was the King of salt city this round. I think Joe will need a few weeks to recover from those blocks!
He bounces back fast haha -Don
Word of the day should be “totally fair and even dice rolls, a completely skilled based result to the matchup” and everyone has to work it into a sentence naturally

As long longtime player on the fence to actually start playing the game, I'd love more of the "why" the strategy of placement/(some) movement choices.
We can start doing that, we just don't want to give away one another's strategy. -D0n
It would be a nightmare to film and edit, but I always thought it would be cool to do what I'd call "cut-scenes/interviews" in between rounds. In my mind it looks like the Office. Like a quick update of what each player is going for, what they think the other player is trying to do.

I want that Grogu! So cute 🤣
Good luck -Don
Nice Game, you have to check your red dice they must have more block sides Than normal red dice. 😂

Did Joe forget to use the Orbital Strike in round 4?
No he shot it -Don
Joe, so salty with only 1 min with the crown. What a letdown. I was really looking forward to it and we had tons of salt with very little crown. :(
Haha Joe doesn't let the salt flow like I do -Don
I love games that feel like a beat down but end up going to the wire. Too bad Joe got so salty about the absolute insanity of Don's blocks.
Haha they were slightly above average -Don
Love to see the separatists seeing Leone love
