The RT-97s can do some work when they show up. I usually run T-21s on them for the Critical. The salt level here approached Dead Sea levels in turn 6. Good game!

Although it is always fun to see Don go full Salt King I geunuinely thought this would be over way before it was. Hot crits Don dropped some heavy casualties on the Rebel side but by the force did those dice desert him. Fun game as always keep that salty banter flowing guys its what I come back for😂

The salty RT-97 C! I normally play 6 activation lists and win a good 2/3 of the time. It all comes down to grouping up your units and playing very patiently. I usually throw in 2 Jedi with burst of speed and play for the heavy flank. Maybe I’ll have enough money to be a patreon someday and submit my seppie Dooku-Asajj list!
I have not seen a 6 act win in person before so that’s very impressive. Thanks for watching!

Should have know AsSALT was only going to add to the salt kings dominion. Also I think Din couldn’t have gotten an order on the last turn meaning Joe would have had to get something else to go his way and draw the air speeder

I'd be salty to losing to 7 activations. I have the other issue with dewbacks. Last game my mandos where stuck on combat for 3 turns with them.

That was a very cinematic/thematic battle. Very on brand for a small group of rebels, severely outnumbered by the Empire, to pull off the win.
On the flip side, I completely empathize with Don being salty. Hopefully, it was some Mediterranean Sea salt. That’s healthier.

How'd you like those SX-21's? I use them sometimes on my rebel troopers since they are only 5 points more than just adding an additional trooper so pretty good value, particularly if you are having them advance with an officer or Leia behind them to throw out the dodges so they can get that move and shoot action going. Looks like this game though those shotties were shooting PURE SALT.

when the salt king plays with the salt miniature, the salt crown is bound to come out. by playing with the mini, Don taunts the dice gods and thus they punish him lol

I really thougt the game ist over after the first moves and all the dying rebels. All the rt97c shots sadly die nothing in the end. I understand why the Salt crown was needed

Very strange lists this time around, feel like the rt-97cs are just terrible weapons unless in an hru unit paired with a dlt. Sonic Imploders on ISF and all that inspire in the list Salty Don had. I feel like if suppression is that big of a problem for someone playing triple dews they should just be using commander vader at that point.
I think 7 acts can work ok, but it has to be chock full of powerful pieces but still have durable enough thumbs to do objectives without folding to flanks and rebels is def not the faction for that. 7 act GAR with Yoda or 7 act triple st tempest have placed in a few tourneys, any other faction i doubt will get much mileage out of it tho
