Thankfully people cared about treating pain when I had a spinal cord injury, I can’t imagine what would happen today.

I d like information on the 'Jamaican opioid study' that was done 5 yrs ago, you are referring too? Also...Dr Travis Reader had ACUTE PAIN..NOT Chronic or INTRACTABLE pain...Do you actually know the difference?..
How come NO one has been following up on patients after they ve been tapered off and/or discharged from Dr...and after a Pain Management Dr is arrested, what happened to his/hers 200+ pain patients???...and how come no one has been keeping track of all the harm and ppl suffering, loss of QOL, job loss, financial hardships, heart attacks, strokes, suicides, & ppl HAVING to turn to the streets to treat their pain due to UNTREATED severe intrac pain???
Do you know that opioids are millions of ppl s last resort???...45k ppl wrote in to CDC and told their heartbreaking stories of how opioids are their last resort, have you read these???...INTRAC PAIN PPL primarily suffer from severe nerve damage in the spine. How come you do not talk about treating severe intrac spinal pain???...have you seen that heart failure/attacks have skyrocketed after CDC s strict 2016 guidelines? A body can NOT handle extreme high levels of NONSTOP intrac pain. As a Dr..have you ever actually treated intrac spinal pain? There is a place for opioids in our medical system. They NEED to be highly monitored and its up to the pain SPEC. & patient to determine prescribing levels..i agree that they should not be easily prescribed.but the 'pendulum has SWUNG TOO far...

Andrew Kolodny says " let them die off" as he refers to the ppl on longterm opioids. A.K. thinks pain is generational or he is just pure evil!!...what about children born with severe spinal diseases..n ppl whove had a bad accident???..let them die off?...
In your hour long video you did not once explain how a Dr is too treat severe intrac spinal pain after everything else has failed. Your video only villifies opioids and compare them with ILLEGAL FENTYNL...ppl who take opioids to control pain Vs. Too ' get HIGH' are 2 TOTALLY different issues...or most ppl that "BECAME" ADDICTED would be 50 years old and older!!!..since most folks on longterm opioid therapy are OVER 50 years old! PLEASE listen to some of these stories...and you will hear the FACTS!..These ppl do NOT want to take opioids BUT its the ONLY thing left able to control their severe INTRACTABLE PAIN!!!..PLEASE TEACH THE FACTS!!!..A.KOLODNY HAS NEVER TREATED PAIN AND IS PROFITING OFF OF OPIOID LITIGATION!!!..He is NOT a REAL medical Doctor!!!

Deaths involving opiods is so discieving...what they mean is anyone who had opiods in there system when they died. Kinda broadens things dont it? They like to do this with stats to make something worse then it is. They used this play with Covid.
