- In this video I talk about my Annke PTZ camera and some of the issues I have had with it. I also point out in using the App that don't have much Docs about it how to setup Presets. I have had this for a while and even posted before to Annke some updates I wanted to see in the future Presets and Focus seeing at the time I wrote that I only knew about being ablet to zoom and pan and tilt. However was not told there was already a Preset area that can be setup in the app. So I cover that in this video where I show having 2 presets already setup and I setup a 3rd. One down fall with Presets however is that any added in the WebUI or even in the NVR that I have it connected to you can't access them presets with the app like you can with the Annke Vision app. This camera uses the Annke Smart app. If you have any comments or questions please leave them in the Comment section below or if you would like to see other features in this camera. Hello, I have this camera and I have the same problems. Annke's service did not help me.
Sorry to hear that, What is going on? Maybe having some issues that I have had and can help with what I did to get around the issue. I will tell you that so far the camera has only lasted 2 months before the camera fails and I have to reset back to factory for it to work again for another couple of months.. No mater what little I change.
@@revo2maxx On April 1 there was an update of the device and it is a little better, but I keep watching the device. Thank you for your willingness to help.
@@revo2maxx Hello, what to do so that the camera does not return to preset #1 after 30 sec? Do you know any trick?
@gruchaz remove preset 1 and make sure not to use preset 1 then the camera will stay where you put it. If you setup preset 1 it will return there after 30sec
