@sangaichef Thank you 4 the question.. I will try to answer yours question upto my knowledge. 1. It's depends on person to person whether u want to wash or not . If the mustard leaves is taken out clean then you don't need to wash .and many people don't wash too because we need to dry again waiting for the leaves to turn yellow right. (Advice - if the leaves are clean don't wash because leaves my spoil when u keep for 3 4 day before turning yellow. If mustard leave r dirty u should wash.. 2. Both is possible. But better to keep it open as it's a microorganisms process of fermentation in which we need aerobic organism 3. No☠️ salt should not added or anything should not be added. 4 WE STORE IN BAMBOO CUP AND KEEP IN FIRE 🔥 PLACE FOR A WEEK COVERING THE LIP
