    Air Fryer Teriyaki Meatballs Recipe
    Ingredients:
    1 pound ground beef
    1 pound ground pork
    1/2 cup panko amzn.to/34XTeDk
    1 egg
1/4 cup finely diced green onion
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise amzn.to/3n3dolk
    2 cloves garlic, finely diced
salt and pepper to taste amzn.to/3pBo5xd amzn.to/2XaqCm9
1 cup Maika'i Pineapple Teriyaki Marinade
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    2 teaspoons water
    Directions:
    1. Preheat air fryer to 400F.
    2. To a large bowl add beef, pork, panko, egg, green onion, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
    3. Scoop about 3 tablespoons of the mixture into your hands. Cup your hands and roll to create the rounded shape of meatballs. Continue with remainder of the mix.
    4. Once the air fryer has preheated add the meatballs in a single layer to the basket and cook for 12-15 minutes. You can shake the basket about half way through the cook time to turn the meatballs.
    5. Add cornstarch and water to a small bowl. Mix to combine and set aside.
    6. While the meatballs are cooking you can prepare the sauce. Add Maika'i Pineapple Teriyaki Marinade to a large sauce pan set over medium high heat. Once the sauce begins to simmer add the cornstarch slurry. Stir to combine. You will notice the sauce begin to thicken. Cook for another few minutes and remove from heat.
    7. Once the meatballs have reached an internal temperature of 165F remove from the air fryer and place in the teriyaki sauce. Toss to combine and ENJOY!
