Great advice and very timely. Get Your Fit On!!!!
I so appreciate your honest about your Sponsors. I hate watching people take supplements & realize I just watched an ad.
Loved this video, great tips and reminders
Thank you all, I needed this video today! I have felt myself sliding since it officially became fall and the weather started changing. I definitely don't want to keep repeating the same cycle. Just have to make some adjustments :)
Love your video, I'm a brand new subscriber watching in the UK.❤
Great video!!!!
Can you please do a video about the supplements you take and the top supplements you recommend
Great reminder to channel our summer vibes! I’ll be upping my Vitamin D3/K2 until I can get back to that strong TX sun!!
I think you guys should add (winter edition) on the title 😅. But also please make one for summer/ tropical countries
Great video!
Great Informational Video!!! Thanks!!!
Well said!!
Great video, it's like clockwork - the annual cycle of packing on 5-10 lbs by December 31st this year and then having to work it off by May. Started to load protein first thing in the day the past few weeks and i've noticed increases in energy and satiation. Also I've been trying to front load all meals with fiber to reduce blood sugar spikes - outlined in "Glucose Goddess Method" by Jessie Inchauspe.
Very good video! Could consider to do a video about body recomp?
Love your hair
Back watching as replay
lol I’m moving to Alaska in 2 weeks! Stocking up on Vitamin D!
As a long time subscriber, I allow myself to say more Kristie Patrick and Milo, less (or none) clips from shutterstock. Great content anyway
I agree. I love how this channel stood apart from the trendy click formula that other content providers do. Plus we love seeing you guys!
I did like an hour and a half yesterday, 1k kcals according to my watch, just listening to music and side-stepping in place and kinda kicking around. Sorta fun, averaged 87-125bpm throughout the entire time, split into like 4 20-25 minute chunks.
In order to stay lean all year, I first have to get lean.
Winter means more activity if you live in Phoenix, Miami, LA, Denver, Houston and almost half the U.S. Summer means sitting inside with the air conditioning on.
Some good points here, but also it’s not necessary to be ‘lean’ year round. Being overly lean all year can lead to health and hormonal problems.
agreed, but 99% of people are no where close to being too lean. Our hopes are to help people from gaining weight during the winter months with good habits, but certainly being on the other extreme is not healthy either! 😁✌️
I love cooking and eating too much.
I guess, I switch to ricepaper summer rolls to shred myself.😂
I recently watched a video of your where you said that you workout 6-8 hours a day?! What’s the strategy for those of us working desk jobs that can only commit to an hour a day?
Hey Daniel! I am in the 1 hour a day now as well. Training for the Games was a period that did require alot more than 1 hour a day, but It is also not normal or honestly "healthy" it would be on the extreme. 60 to 90 min is the sweet spot for almost everyone... lifting weights, breaking a sweat and making sure that you more outside of just that hour workout and a step counter is a great way to measure that!
@@Kristi-Eramo-OConnell that's so great to hear! I've been following you for a spell now and am trying to get down to 20% body fat, which for me (6'8") has been a trudge. I've been struggling with my fitness/nutrition strategy to hit that goal and I guess managing my expectations on the length of this journey given that I can only commit to 1 hr a day.
Love your channel and your content!
🥰🥰🥰🥰
Kristi,What's your age?
