Warm up:
Spend 2-5 min on any machine to get your blood moving and your body warm.
2 rounds:
5 Push-ups
6/6 Single arm DB press
20 banded curls

Full Days Performance Aesthetics workout 👇
3x10
Incline DB bench press
If you do not have an adjustable bench, raise 1 side of a flat bench up about 12"". Bring the DBs down low for a full range of motion and squeeze your chest as you press up. Your 3 working sets should be challenging! You should only have 1-2 more reps left in reserve.

2 Sets:
12-14 BB Scull crushers
Try to keep your elbows from moving forward and backward, lock them in place and lower the BB down to your forehead. Focus on a full lockout and squeezing your triceps at the top of each rep.

1 Time through:
1 Max set ups push ups
- right into
1 Max set of incline pushups to 10-12''
- right into
1 Max set of incline pushups to 20-24'
These are to be completed back to back, no rest between. You should be on your last rep before failure before moving to each incline.

10-12 Seated DB press
10-12 DB tricep kick backs each arm
10-12 Front Delt raise
These are to be completed back to back, with about 1:00 to :90 between sets.

2:00 Max Arm circles with 5/2.5 lb plates.
every break switch directions
Goal is to work for as much of the 2:00 as possible and not to set the plates down. The tighter your arm circles the more challenging these will be.

Do you have any tips on being less trap dominant in the dumbbell front raise? I definitely use too much trap and not enough delt and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong! :(
Its honestly really hard!
1) use lighter weight, it is as mentally challenging as it is physically
2) drop your shoulders and squeeze your shoulder blades, if you find this challenging stop and re set!

Lol. Off subject. What year is your jeep and how do you like it? I love the mix you do now on running and lifting. I started that 4 yrs ago and I'm 60 now and it's tough. Still not where I want to be on lean but I know that's food intake that I must get better. Sure helps with you both explaining. Just got to do my part and focus and get to doing all in there too.
We are loving it too! We just love fitness !!and not competing in crossfit allows us more freedom with our training. I have a 2023 jeep wrangler eco diesel , and it is my second jeep. I have loved them both but this one is a big upgrade and I dont have any complaints!!
