I'd date and then marry a Filipina in a heartbeat if: 1) She is not a single mother. I am not willing to invest my time, my emotions, and my hard-earned money in another man's child. The beautiful Philippines is infested with single mothers. 2) She doesn't expect me to support until eternity her sick, old parents and step-parents, a hundred siblings, a thousand cousins, a million neighbours and a water buffalo in the province. 3) She stops eating dog meat and Balut (fertilized developing egg embryo that is boiled, steamed, and eaten from the shell). The mere thought of these foods make me puke. 4) She is not childish and immature. 99% of Filipinas break into an uncontrollable fit of laughter for something as trivial and meaningless as a pen falling to the ground or if it starts to rain. 5) She is not dumb. Most of the Filipinas I have come across are pretty dumb and ignorant (I am not talking about doctors, lawyers or Ph.D. degree holders). A regular, everyday Filipina has absolutely no knowledge of basic Math, basic Physics, basic Geography, basic History, basic etiquette or even current affairs. Sometimes I wonder how the hell did they even graduate middle school. The only things a typical Filipina is expert in are Facebook, Insta, Whatsapp, Tinder and of course, Tampo. Agreed that Filipinas are sweet, fun-loving, family oriented, good cooks, faithful, demure (well, maybe not as much as Japanese or Korean chicks) and have shiny, silky hair and traffic stopping figures. They are excellent in as well as out of bed. But the above 5 negatives far outweigh all the positive traits of a Filipina. If I am going to give my unlimited love, care and I am going to cherish a beautiful, young, passionate, faithful, and gorgeous Filipna my entire life and I am going to invest my emotions in her and grow old with her, she cannot be the 5 things I have listed above. Everyone wants a high value woman (Filipina or otherwise) and according to me, a woman who is NOT all of the above five is a high value woman.

I had a coworker, former military. He was the newest guy and the one who make less money. Nevertheless he was the most respected because his traditional Italian wife he met overseas prepared him the most amazing lunches. It was like a 7 course meal prepared by a chef. He had more status that people 4 ranks above him because most of the rest of us have buy our lunch. One day I joked with him asking if his wife had a sister as good as his wife. He told me the female neighbors started getting on her heard about not cleaning and not cooking. She started behaving differently and they started having problems. He had to talk her back to her senses.

This is good information! The two Filipinas that I have dated here in the states are definitely westernized. The first one was asking me to be her guarantor on an apartment on the very first date. That ended abruptly. I’m thinking a traditional Filipina to date with good values and upbringing is correct as you said in the video. Then I met a bartender at the restaurant who had a friend who was single and she would show me her pics. She was beautiful, killer body, half of the package you're looking for, The rest is intelligence. The bartender contacted her and she was receptive to talking and meeting later. I went home and started to talk to her on FB. Not only was she beautiful, but smart as well. We talked for about 2 hours. She told me she had 2 kids and I told her that does not matter to me. Then she told me one of her kids was with a man from the UK. I did not care. So everything was good, we said we would talk again, then meet. The next day she left for a day trip with her friends and when they got back she contacted me with pics of her trip. I never talked to her again. I did not know this of myself but I realized even with her being beautiful and smart, I considered her westernized. I feel like an episode out of Seinfeld. Some things she said during our conversation seemed different from what I would expect from a Filipina, but I did not put the two together until I had the night to think about our conversation. The man from the UK had westernized her. So now I know this about myself, I am looking for that true Filipina who has not been with another Westerner.
Be aware that when you marry someone from a different race/culture your kids can sometimes get caught in the middle. Too Western at times for the Filipino family/community, and too Asian at times for your family/community. It does happen, and can emotionally hurt them when it does. A small example going way back; when our firstborn was about four we went home on vacation to my parents. Mom, being a good mom and grandmother, wanted Mrs. Rick and our son to feel at home, so she made an effort to have rice available. Unfortunately, it was Uncle Ben's Instant Rice. Our son took one look at it and informed his grandma "That's not real rice." Mom was hurt, and our son sensed he did something wrong, but he had no idea what, so he felt very bad about himself.
Question: Would a Filipina prefer the man move to the Philippines or move to Canada? As many men have probably both options. For example, I already did a preliminary sailing plot (36 days) from Vancouver to PUERTO GALERA. I prefer having a plan as a man... or potential options. I am noticing Family is a key ideology. Easier probably to be there instead of Canada.
Here in the United States I'm living in a lower income class, but I thought I'd do better in the Philippines. I'm not rich. I just came back from the Philippines 9 days ago. I was there for 26 nights. I was in Makati (twice), Angeles City, Cebu City (twice), and Bohol (Tagbilaran City and Panglao island close to Alona Beach).
I was married to an Indonesian lady for nearly 20 years and she lived with me here in the USA. In my opinion iy was blessing and a mistake. Yes we had many great years and she is still a wonderful woman even though we dis divorce. However, the materialistic mindset here and the selfish lifestyle did wear on her and change her from the sweet lady I met. I think the west is a terrible influence on Asian woman.

It's good to marry a filipina hell yea. But what's not good is marrying the whole family. There is a catch 22 here. You will probably have to take care of her and her whole family. And that is not good. Not all filipinas are like this. But the majority are. They have fully capable family members that can and should work. No matter what type of job it is or the pay. If they need money then they need to get up and go to work. Or they can go to school and get an education. The spouse priorities are the wife and her or her children if he so wishes. Even the children don't get no support from the fathers. And yes you will be left doin that too. I'm just sayin. There is nothing wrong with marrying a filipina it's what you will get into is what may become a problem for the foreigner marrying her. So if you don't want to take care of the whole family then it's best to find a good filipina that had a job and she can support her family with her money and not yours. Be aware that when you marry someone from a different race/culture your kids can sometimes get caught in the middle. Too Western at times for the Filipino family/community, and too Asian at times for your family/community. It does happen, and can emotionally hurt them when it does. A small example going way back; when our firstborn was about four we went home on vacation to my parents. Mom, being a good mom and grandmother, wanted Mrs. Rick and our son to feel at home, so she made an effort to have rice available. Unfortunately, it was Uncle Ben's Instant Rice. Our son took one look at it and informed his grandma "That's not real rice." Mom was hurt, and our son sensed he did something wrong, but he had no idea what, so he felt very bad about himself.

Here in the United States I'm living in a lower income class, but I thought I'd do better in the Philippines. I'm not rich. Never come to the United States the crime and carelessness is very terrible. The cost of living is terrible. You beautiful ladies would be treated or looked at as a sexual object or fantasy. Yes we had many great years and she is still a wonderful woman even though we dis divorce. However, the materialistic mindset here and the selfish lifestyle did wear on her and change her from the sweet lady I met. I think the west is a terrible influence on Asian woman.

It's good to marry a filipina hell yea. But what's not good is marrying the whole family. There is a catch 22 here. You will probably have to take care of her and her whole family. And that is not good. Not all filipinas are like this. But the majority are. They have fully capable family members that can and should work. No matter what type of job it is or the pay. If they need money then they need to get up and go to work. Or they can go to school and get an education. The spouse priorities are the wife and her or her children if he so wishes. Even the children don't get no support from the fathers. And yes you will be left doin that too. I'm just sayin. There is nothing wrong with marrying a filipina it's what you will get into is what may become a problem for the foreigner marrying her. So if you don't want to take care of the whole family then it's best to find a good filipina that had a job and she can support her family with her money and not yours. It's not being the bad guy it's just it's not your responsibility to take care of her family.
