Again sorry for the poor quality video but here is how to fit and when they look like when fitted. Overall they are a great quality kit that is very easy to install with no special tools needed.

Yeah point taken, my concern was that when left open at least they can dry out, but when there closed in water/mud will take a hell of a lot longer to dry. if ever at this time of year. although you wont have as much of it... roll on summer.....

Thanks a lot for showing the mounting steps. I have a full set of GL mud guards on order for my 2006 td5 110. Thanks for the tip on the square rear crossmember shield for the td5 models.😊

Good vid as always, I considered buying some of these but thought they may trap water making things worse. What i tend to do at this time of year is give the chassis a jet washing then spray some AFC50 in and around the rear cross member. Seems to work for me..

Oh yeah deffo they will trap some Mud etc but alot less than normal. Before I started the chassis I had to chisel mud out of the seat belt mountings and the lower tub. It was mostly clay so must be where i go with it 🤣 these sheilds are more for that i think. I also thought they are really easy to remove so once a year I will remove and jet wash behind them.

Hi Tom, Just a point .. you said Puma's had stepped tubs and earlier models don't. This is not correct mate.. the stepped tub is there for rear seats. My Puma 90 Van does not have a stepped tub.

Ah right thats nice to know. I was told otherwise 🤣

@@lifes.projects I have also heard some say that all Pumas have the bulkhead removed.. again incorrect. The tub on my 2011 Puma 90 looks just like the tub from a 1984 90, internally. Not as well made, no galv plating.. but looks the same lol. BTW, I'm Nige from Nigel's Land Rover channel.

How is the underbody on your 110 so clean?! I just got a 2013 one and its clean because its never been off road yet and I’m looking for some guidance on how to maintain and chassis and body in the best condition for long term ownership.
