This is a very simple pouch to make. The only thing is to download the pattern from link below and you can get started.
Only 2 materials required for this project. Leather & snap, no stitch.
Leather thickness 1.8mm.
snap size is 1.2mm in diameter.
The Pouch is very user friendly, you can retrieve item in all the angles because it has 4 openings secured by snaps.
This unique pouch holds whatever you may need it, coins, usb, keys, etc.
You can even amend the dimensions of pattern given larger and make it as card holder!
Burnishing:
Powdered CMC clear leather burnishing agent. (Kyoshin Elle CMC)
Simply mix with hot water to a ratio of 3 grams to 200ml of hot water, stir well.
Simply apply a small amount of the resulting gum to the flesh side or edge of your leather, spread evenly and burnish using wood Slicker.
You can reapply as necessary to leather and leave to dry for best result.
Particularly recommended for treating vegetable-tanned leathers. you can use it to create smooth, stiff edges on leather edge.

Thank you for this! I made my wife a leather tote bag and a matching roper wallet… but guess what I forgot? The COIN PURSE! I love this because it’s a great design and you can use scraps - I used the tote/wallet scrap, using a 5oz Buttero for the ‘fat’ part, and a 2oz natural veg-tan for the ‘skinny’ part. It worked great, 5oz gives it some firmness but the 2oz let’s it be kinda stretchy. Thanks again!
