Hi mate, brilliant review! I ordered this, didn't enjoy this flavour to be honest but it was very filling. Huel has been great for me, I enjoy being able to change between the standard sweet flavours and the hot and savoury to mix it up!
Glad you liked the review, it’s so hard to recommend food or drink but I’m pretty sure there’s a Huel flavour to suit everyone’s tastes and as you say, at least it fills you up and it’s healthy!
You seem like a really nice kind of guy, I really enjoyed you just sitting there talking haha I once ordered Mexican Chili and was quite disappointed. Maybe did something wrong tho. Anyway, after seeing your review I'll give it another try and order the Carbonara now.
It depends how big your appetite is and how many calories you want to consume, but you can always add to it with some vegetables or meat etc. I just tend to have it on its own and it does me. I do have hungry days though when I can eat everything under the sun!
Just ate it for first time while watching review, i had different consistency compared to video, taste is ok but i have expected better. My top list of huel pasta is 1. Mac & Cheeze, 2. Pasta Bolognese 3. Cajun Pasta 4/5. Chick'n & Mushroom Pasta & Spaghetti Carbonara
In terms of consistency it can be tricky getting the right powder to pasta ratio when scooping it which changes it a lot, I always shake the bag and always use a measure so I get the correct amount of water to keep it consistent. Good choices! I’m looking forward to trying the new Mac and cheeze formula, I don’t mind the old but it’s not my favourite
I don’t believe I called it protein powder? The only protein powder I mentioned was the Mars protein powder. If I did call Huel protein powder it was a slip of the tongue and my apologies.
This is the worst thing I ever ate. The spaghetti carbonara one tastes like plastic… did not had high expectations as I enjoy the regular hot noodles cup, but Huel is awful. Even paid 81 euros for a minimum of 3 bags and 21 meals… 21 noodle cups would have been cheaper and much tastier…
Thank you! I don’t disagree with you, as with all the Huel meals it’s a taste-a-like more than the real thing. It’s good enough to keep my cravings at bay whilst I’m dieting

i'm looking to try this and some of the other Hot and Savourys - very pleasing to know that all Huel products are vegan
They are really convenient and I always feel much fuller after eating the hot and savoury compared to the shakes

The pastas don’t have seeds in like the chilli, Thai green curry and korma etc

its not protein powder, it is a formulated meal that happens to be high in pea protein

Just use the fill line inside the pot. Also don’t leave the spoon or fork in the pot, take it out and rest the lid on top and it will cook properly.
I do all of that, but waiting ten minutes is the hard part!
