how does lecordon bleu not have blue cutting boards? white cutting boards are for bread or cheese etc.

carpaccio is very thin beef why you show this what you don't know. Carpaccio is like a paper thin.
Is carpachio not also defined by its seared exterior? Because the story my chef told me, is beef carpaccio came from an American tourist visiting Ittaly and asking for a medium rare steak, the chef perplex asked him how it was done, and when the chef learned he just went, seared the tenderloin and sliced it very thin.

Not every chefs knows how to handle meat because. Normally in a hotel they will leave all the works to the butcher chef. There are many types of chef mind you.

Well,i Guess that the cutting board for the tuna fish SHOULD be in blue color not white which is designated for cutting bread or cheese. They should paid attention to ....aren t they pro?

Why can't these chefs pronounce the name of Le Cordon Bleu correctly? It is not Le Cordon BLUE. The correct pronunciation is like Le Cordon BLUH. Proper names should not be translated or pronounced incorrectly in other languages. If you are connected to the organization that you can do is to at least is to pronounce the name correctly.

1st brown board is for cooked meat, not raw, 2nd white board is for Cheese and bread , not for fish, 3º ive never saw in my life someone take the skin of a a tuna like that, always skin face board so easier and safer, also im sorry but that tuna color looks like is not thats fresh, is too darkish. and im just a cook not even a chef...
