I too started out with Blue sharpie because I chase NBA players for in person autos and it got boring. Started dabbling with paint pens and now love them. It's a double edged sword though lol. I love the baby blue color because it pops on every card although it doesn't match the team, I love the pop factor. I too have been loving white paint pens as of lately as well!
If it's a matter of space like the Renfroe, or a compacted signature like the Bradshaw, what about using a Staedtler instead of a Sharpie? The Staedtler's are a finer/thinner point and it's what the card companies use for the athletes to sign their cards. Sharpies are great for photos & such b/c of their thickness and flow. Just curious...
@@PowersSportsMemorabilia fair enough. Thanks for the reply! I gotta love the new IG post this morning regarding the question of Sharpie vs Steadtler. It's almost as if it were tailor made for me. ;-) Have a great one! Looking forward to seeing how Jagr turned out!
If you are sending in an item to an autograph signing, the only way to get authentication is to have the authentication sticker placed directly on your item
The white on Nunez looks soooo good. Don’t get how that could be graded lower than the others when it looks way better. The blue looks pretty ugly on several of the cards. Obviously just my opinion but it looks especially bad on that Bradshaw card 🤷🏻♂️
Bro i need help.. i have laporta silver prizm auto and want to grade the auto.. it looks worthy of a 10 compared to other PSA 10s, actually even better than some BUT i need a 2nd look...i have an offer above comps Right now.. if you have a sec can you reply
Would you 'Auto Grade' a card that already came with an Auto from Panini? Or will you only recommend grading autos if they were signed in-person? Great video as always, looking forward to your advice.
So stupid. Why do people deface their cards? My friend had a Nolan Ryan graded 4. He removed it from the psa case and had it signed my Ryan. What a dope! Paid 100 to foundation to get signed, value of that card is now about 1/3 to 1/4 of what it was if he left it alone.
Just received my Renfrow card. That's awesome where he signed it, right on the large jersey patch. Hope you get more Raiders players soon. 👍

Hi, on 5/13/2022 this segment on autograph was not shown fully on my tablet. All I seen was finger's and small post.

I’ve never liked those. Not a bold blue. Too thin for me.

Just curious, do you prep or recommend prepping cards when getting them graded?
I would clean the surface with a microfiber. Outside of that no.
Can you send in the card with just the cert? I don’t really want the stickers on the cards

@@PowersSportsMemorabilia yeah I’m going to an in person one boss will they still verify it with no sticker?

If the card itself is not worthy of being graded, then I usually just grade the auto when that is worthy of being graded
How bad is the PSA ding for autos that are faded??
Bad. No need to grade a faded auto.
Thanks for sharing
I know why my green JDF got an 8 now thanks..

Why does the value matter? What if he just wanted it signed?
@@PowersSportsMemorabilia he wants to sell it on eBay. I said sell it as is. I could be wrong . Appreciate your reply.
Get Tony Gonzales in to sign. I have one of the Panini Flawless RUBY cards of him. 😃
Sorry don’t have access anymore
