This is Day ONE after Hasan underwent #lazrplastique surgery for his #keratoconus and he was so moved by many worldwide patients like him he saw at Gulani Vision institute who had traveled to Dr.Gulani that at the end of a very busy day, he asked Dr.Gulani if he could do an interview so patients like him could understand the Gulani Philosophy and avoid getting blinded by hyped advertising of other eye surgeons who claim to be Keratoconus experts.
Hasan had previously traveled from United Kingdom for #intacs surgery on his first eye where Dr.Gulani corrected his #london eye surgeon's #crosslinking.

Sir in Laser platique does removing of 30-40 microns includes additional 50 mictons removal of epithlirum also like PTK or overall only 40 microns is removed bc that wud br miracle i would be expecting for.

Can you treat if you had crosslinking done
I did cross linking laser surgery and now I'm wearing a contact lenses. You can see better but the lights sensitivity is still there

Is LASER PLATIQUE ANYTHING OTHER THAN NORMAL LASER WHICH OTHER DOCTORS USE FOR TCAT ETC ? OR IS IT SOME TECHNOLOGY ONLY DR GULANI HAS WITH HIM ???
changes are made in stroma. He says it's not lasik, nor prk... he can't make laser machines, he's gotta work with what everybody has, it must be SBK what he does, in my humble opinion. that or a lamellar intrastromal femto cut... which would also normalize a bit the cornea... but i am just guessing here
@@santiagoblandon3022 No it's flapless which rules out the probability that he does SBK ... In my opinion he treats the higher order abbreations by zeoptix very well detected on i trace... He also corrects the surface on both posterior as well as anterior curvature which most doctors only focuses on anterior .... which makes vision more clearer nd sharper as astigmatism contributes in elevation both above nd below....the only thing he does well is he understands the patients eye really well nd designs the surgery customised unlike others who have one operation for all.

@@nathafunde1185 yeah but, to do that he has to ablate tissue. How would he do it without being PRK and also not having a flap... It must be one of the two
@@santiagoblandon3022 one thing i am sure is its not flap ...its definately ablation but very precise guided worth doing....bc Tprk done by other doctors is not any good...its hit nd trial.
