      Bruh, try fasting. I noticed that I feel tired after eating and it really slowed down my day with brain-fog, so now I only eat once a day (dinner). I do of course drink water and black coffee all day. Feel super energized all throughout the day and have lost 26 lbs with mental clarity I haven’t had in years. Some people say that we’re not supposed to eat after 6pm and other bs like that but I only eat dinner before I go to bed 😂but since I only eat ONE meal a day I still have a calorie deficit at the end of the day so I still lose weight and feel great in the morning.
      The way I think of it, I have 2 choices in the morning, I can either feel HUNGRY all day or I can feel TIRED all day? Which one would you pick? I would rather be hungry all day and have a feast at night that I deserve and still lose weight. I think when you feel hungry, THAT’S when your body is breaking down your fat reserves.

    I went from flabby to ripped in 1 month and 5 days. No performance enhancers, just LOTS of protein and butter in the mornings and ONLY fruit and veggies for the rest of the day. Psychotic workout routine. Drinking slightly less water than what my body wants. Coffee and jogs to speed up metabolism. I did this at 35 years old. The only catch is that this is literally the only thing I did/focused on besides sleeping and being with my son. I'm sitting on a lot of cash so I decided to do this while I had the time. I'll be working 70 hours a week a month from now, so I figured I should prepare my mind and body this next year's work. Thanks for listening.

    • @DiamorphineDeath
      @DiamorphineDeath 8 днів тому

      Sugar is good for you, especially cane sugar and natural sets up when faced with cortisol and general stress hormones, as sugar is optimized if timed correctly for metabolic health. Would point you towards Ray Peat and his whole pro-metabolic style of eating, as carbless and sugarless is great momentarily, but leads to some gnarly metabolic detriments as diets like that progress. Id hit some orange juice and sugared homemade coffee first thing in the morning to break the fasted state from sleep, coupled with the epi/cortisol response due to the morning dawn phenomenon with the blood sugar. You need it to stimulate a parasympathetic response so you're not waking up right into sympathetic stress and then fueling it with further fasting and energy drinks/black coffee/caffeine.
      Just some additional thoughts dude

    This is the most simplistic fundamental and basic training program I’ve ever seen in my life. As well as the eating plan too. Then, 5 mins of throwing a straight, 5 mins left hook, 5 mins right hook, etc until you hit all the boss punches down. I’d focus on this breakdown everyday for a month just to get you in the groove. Look for a slightly crazy but competent combat sport trainer, who has actual fighting experience and at least a dozen fights under his belt.
    Make sure he doesn't at all care about how hurt you are, how much the training sucks and keeps you at fixed schedule, otherwise he kicks you out.

    awesome workout and diet....have a small query - your recommended diet doesn't have roughage/fiber (as in no veggies at all)....is it a matter of personal preference or absolutely necessary to stay away from them?
    anyway....good luck with your pursuit! respect and honor to you brother

    • @CHEZCANTERE
      @CHEZCANTERE  18 днів тому +1

      @@lordMegatron for the diet it’s totally up to you my bro. For me that’s just how I did it. My bro math basically was, if the body uses fat for energy, I wouldn’t really need any outside nutrients until a significant amount of fat was burnt off of my body. In 60 days, with a lot of training and that strict diet, I lost a lot of weight. But again, YOU CAN DO AS YOU PLEASE. THE DIET I RECOMMENDED IS JUST A SIMPLE GUIDELINE.
