Bruh, try fasting. I noticed that I feel tired after eating and it really slowed down my day with brain-fog, so now I only eat once a day (dinner). I do of course drink water and black coffee all day. Feel super energized all throughout the day and have lost 26 lbs with mental clarity I haven’t had in years. Some people say that we’re not supposed to eat after 6pm and other bs like that but I only eat dinner before I go to bed 😂but since I only eat ONE meal a day I still have a calorie deficit at the end of the day so I still lose weight and feel great in the morning. The way I think of it, I have 2 choices in the morning, I can either feel HUNGRY all day or I can feel TIRED all day? Which one would you pick? I would rather be hungry all day and have a feast at night that I deserve and still lose weight. I think when you feel hungry, THAT’S when your body is breaking down your fat reserves.
For 60 days --In the morning: 10 minutes shadowboxing, followed by 300 crunches --In the evening: 10 minutes of jump rope, followed by 4x10 minute rounds for shadowboxing
I went from flabby to ripped in 1 month and 5 days. No performance enhancers, just LOTS of protein and butter in the mornings and ONLY fruit and veggies for the rest of the day. Psychotic workout routine. Drinking slightly less water than what my body wants. Coffee and jogs to speed up metabolism. I did this at 35 years old. The only catch is that this is literally the only thing I did/focused on besides sleeping and being with my son. I'm sitting on a lot of cash so I decided to do this while I had the time. I'll be working 70 hours a week a month from now, so I figured I should prepare my mind and body this next year's work. Thanks for listening.
Last year i did your program with bodyweight, Monday: Push ups Tuesday: rows/pullups Wed: squats Thur: Push ups Friday: pull ups Saturday: squats Sunday : Rest With an omad diet. It was hard but i am doing it again since Monday. I am a Bit out shape during a new born phase

@jdsofc start by cycling it will really help with your knees getting strong....don't over do it....but remember consistency is the key....everyone's body is diffrent so be mindfull your knees might be in a lot of pain when you start off domt give up it will go away....use a lot of hot n cold treatment after training...
If you feel any pain along your pubic area after doing all that ab work, stop. That's how I triggered a groin hernia. Also, don't take advice from just anyone on UA-cam and ease into things. His standard for out of shape and yours are two completely different things if he expects you to jump rope for 10 minutes and do 300 crunches a day.

About those crunches, recent studies actually back you up. We'll know for sure in the future, but remaining in the strenuous half of the motion may be more efficient like you were doing

As soon as I saw the intermittent fasting with the protein and eggs, I knew that you know what you’re talking about. That diet regimen took me down to 10% body fat. Good shit. However, never ever drink water with that meal or you will dilute your stomach acids and interfere with optimal digestion. 👌🏾
I’ve been carnivore for over a year now I’m 51 Best decision I’ve ever made to my diet …blood work is great, libido is high, strength is high, no bloating or gas, and no inflammation. I’m thankful to no longer be under the plant based propaganda that I endured for the first 50 years of my life.
I already only eat after 12pm. I already only drink coffee and water, and best believe I'm already hitting my protein... But no vegetables is diabolical bro! 😂😂 I understand no grains, but fibre is essential for processing all that protein.
Sugar is good for you, especially cane sugar and natural sets up when faced with cortisol and general stress hormones, as sugar is optimized if timed correctly for metabolic health. Would point you towards Ray Peat and his whole pro-metabolic style of eating, as carbless and sugarless is great momentarily, but leads to some gnarly metabolic detriments as diets like that progress. Id hit some orange juice and sugared homemade coffee first thing in the morning to break the fasted state from sleep, coupled with the epi/cortisol response due to the morning dawn phenomenon with the blood sugar. You need it to stimulate a parasympathetic response so you're not waking up right into sympathetic stress and then fueling it with further fasting and energy drinks/black coffee/caffeine. Just some additional thoughts dude
This is the most simplistic fundamental and basic training program I’ve ever seen in my life. As well as the eating plan too. You’re right they didn’t have all these fancy machines although the further back to go they had more high-tech technology. But let me not get off the beaten path. You’re right. I’m also doing 45 minutes of cardio on the bike (which I’ve been doing for a week now) so I’m adding in the shadow boxing. Upping the protein intake and dropping the carbs. I’m still lifting so it’s hard to get rid of carbs entirely but I’m down to like 75-100g’s a day. I’ll drop it to almost zero in another week or two. 🫱🏼🫲🏽
bro thats just under 700grams for the whole day....when i was training i cut down on all carbs, fat, fibre....did boxing 6-7 days a week...n i thought i was going to die....i lost a tone of weight.....looked really good....but did not enjoy the process n i was physically drained....n i was eating 2-3 times more...

@@auger2012 this is my suggestion. I’d break everything down into 5 min blocks. 5 mins of straight moving on your feet(no punching) just to get comfortable. Don’t mind what you look like. UA-cam some basic footwork movements. From there, 5 mins of throwing just the jab in place. Then, 5 mins of throwing a straight, 5 mins left hook, 5 mins right hook, etc until you hit all the boss punches down. I’d focus on this breakdown everyday for a month just to get you in the groove. It may seem tedious but in the long run it’ll pay off
How I would go about it: Look for a slightly crazy but competent combat sport trainer, who has actual fighting experience and at least a dozen fights under his belt. Make sure he doesn't at all care about how hurt you are, how much the training sucks and keeps you at fixed schedule, otherwise he kicks you out. Try pushing through as long as you can and never stop!
@Feydi-j9l I do have my gladiator body vids and the bodyweight basic vids. Both can help to build your arms but as always, the workouts are geared towards enhancing conditioning. The muscle size is just a by product.

My bro math basically was, if the body uses fat for energy, I wouldn’t really need any outside nutrients until a significant amount of fat was burnt off of my body. In 60 days, with a lot of training and that strict diet, I lost a lot of weight. But again, YOU CAN DO AS YOU PLEASE. THE DIET I RECOMMENDED IS JUST A SIMPLE GUIDELINE.

My bro math basically was, if the body uses fat for energy, I wouldn’t really need any outside nutrients until a significant amount of fat was burnt off of my body. In 60 days, with a lot of training and that strict diet, I lost a lot of weight. But again, YOU CAN DO AS YOU PLEASE. THE DIET I RECOMMENDED IS JUST A SIMPLE GUIDELINE.

If you’re a higher athletic person, I’d suggest to keep in some basic carbs just to maintain performance. But if you’re down bad, the strict diet will help to reset and flush your body out quick
