    I am practicing it since 6 months and it is really wonderful..where I was barely not able touch the ground floor ..but now I am able to do wht harince akka did as chakraasana..tq u so much 💝

    Perfect! You followed the actual yoga. If any asana is performed from left side then it should be performed from right side also, which u did 😊 also after backward bending, u did forward bending also. Keep it up 😊😊

    Hmm I do yoga and all these step are known to me but more important you have to reduce weight simaltaneously doing yoga and stretching...splits and needle splits are common in traditional dancing

    Sheela ma'am please open a branch in South Kolkata, especially Behala . The dancers are dying here for a good school . There isn't a single good school in Kolkata . Please ma'am do open a dance class in Kolkata. This is my earnest request. Please ma'am. 🙏

    This is a great video, but it goes a bit too fast. There is not enough time between exercises to move to the next one so i miss some. I am older and these are great for keeping my body supple and moving.
