Hats off to you mam🥺🥹 Being a dancer, l know the absolute importance and crucial role a teacher plays in the journey of a student! And l genuinely feel all your students are so blessed that they could learn from a guru like youu 🥹🤌.... There's absolutely none like you! I really feel that every person who wishes to be a teacher should imbibe all those qualities you spoke about! I genuinely feel that it's so unfortunate that l couldn't learn under your guidance but l must say l have learnt immensely, sincerely watching all your videos since the past 6 years! If today l have gained even a bit in terms of dance it is genuinely because of you! Thank youu soo much for putting out so many things on the channel and helping all those kids like me who lack proper guidance! Thank youu soo much mam🥹🙏🤗
The skit was sooooooooo cute and the way even the newest trainee teachers have observed the kids so keenly is wonderful. I can never be a teacher to little kids because the amount of patience they need to have is something that feels impossible hats off
You are such an amazing teacher- very emotionally intelligent and patient. Your students are lucky to have you as their Guru. God bless you and your students.
Such a wonderful session Mam! I like how you present different elements that need to be considered in an art form through different episodes of Tapasya. So humbled to be able to experience all these virtually. Thank you so much 🙇🏼♀️🙏
they were so cute and realistic.. especially Ms. Kameshweri .. and the advice given by the Guru is actually applicable to many aspects and domains of life..
Wonderful episode ❤ the acts are really good, funny at times😊 how the teachers act like their students is showing how much they observe the kids in the class. Both the senior and junior teachers have given good points on their experiences in training small children. Bhairavi's act on how some kids behave sitting in araimandi is so cute. 😊 A nice experience for us viewers too Sheela Mam ❤❤❤
Wow wat an amazing explanation sheela mam Definitely this episode has opened a new chapter into the book of perfection In your every explanation I got to realize that not just experience but also ur interest and zeal to teach made u understand ur student's behavior so apt Loved it ❤
Very good episode Sheela Mam 💯 enjoyed the skits in between and got to know about the challenges teachers have to face to train young kids. All the teachers have given us good insights. And you are a wonderful Guru Sheela Mam. Respects to you and your team❤
😂😂😂 this video is so so cute .. I am just skipping to the acting parts of all the teachers .. it’s so funny yet so so true ! Everyone acted so well as kids .. ofcourse even in this act they are so perfect . Obviously because they are from SDN ❤
very Nice ;) Kids generally do not have inhibitions/restraints of any kind , open to do several times in front of others even if mistakes are there, This is their big advantage compared to grown ups/teens imho.
An additional consideration; watch out for gross motor delays in these classes, too! If you see a student who is significantly delayed compared to their peers, please refer the family to a physiotherapist.
Here are my opinions as one who taught Dance and Music for over three decades. 1. A Teacher must have infinite patience like a Good doctor or a good wife!! ♾️ 2. A teacher must also be receptive to the feedback from the students, while teaching them. 3. A teacher must infuse the confidence in the students to come up freely with any doubts they have. 4. A good teacher never laughs at her students or makes fun of their performance and mistakes. 5. Correcting someone is one thing but laughing at someone is quite another thing. (Attention Megna Unni!!!) 6. Comparing the students should be for only for motivating them to perform better and not to demoralize or destroy them. 7. Some students are like pure camphor and some others like asbestos ...but everyone learns sooner or later, given the time they need. My Father used to say that, "The Best way to learn anything is to teach it!" Sounds like an Oxymoron, doesn't it ??? But it is 100 % true. We can't teach the others what we ourselves don't know. So in order to be able to teach, first we have to master whatever we want to teach. That way we become experts and good teachers. P. S Megna who was having a very good time at the expense of everyone else , 20:08 is the one person who did the Butterfly on stomach completely wrong. Her feet were high in the air instead of being flat on the floor.
What i understand is that they're doing a skit here how the kids behave in class and how the teacher will correct them. Even the last butterfly you mentioned above is also showing how different kids do it in class. I don't think she was making fun of anyone, she said there are kids like that in dance class also and the teachers need to go and stand near them and correct them too .
@@DivyaSeshadri-p7t Thank you for your feedback.🙏 But I think differently.🤔 Kameswari was visibly upset with all the laughter and mirth at her expense.🤭 Megna was desperately looking at everyone else to know the correct posture. Well, if the whole episode is really a skit, then it was very well executed. 🧐
Hats off to you mam🥺🥹
