When you look at a number of "castaway" or "camping" or "sailing" adventure channels, you will often find the ladies outperforming the gents in bringing home the aquatic protein. Way to go, Elisabeth
Appreciate the love 🍻 If we could do this full time instead of two full time jobs, we would love to! We try when we can. There’s a new 30 min episode just posted Sunday :)
Love this! The solitude, even with no fish!! I fully expected to see a saltwater croc - if only they were here!! Lovely, just lovely!! You two crazy kids - nice work!!
We have developed a fear of being attacked by a giant eel lol, even though not plausible the fear exists. Now we are thinking about a saltwater crock being washed away from Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬 and lurking here lol!
You two are awesome! That’s the only way you can enjoy the Island. Just go out and do the things you like doing just like what you would do in the United States.
You guys paddling and casting down the river could be visual and audio ASMR. This is the most calming thing I’ve watched all week. What’s the song playing in the middle of the vid?
@@CandEAdventures that’s Awesome! Keep up the videos. I’m a fan. I followed your IG page too :). You guys got me hooked when MONA came during the White Lady video! Haha! Keep these awesome videos coming 🙏🏼. Stay safe and have fun
Perhaps you could take a couple of books along with you next time, in case the fish aren’t biting. That would make it a perfect day ... well, MY perfect day ... quiet time out on the water with a book 🤓.
I’d been doing some research when I saw that about the rovers still polluted with mustard gas from ww2. I know it’s not all of them. Just trying to be safe when I take my kids fishing. Hiking to Sigua falls tomorrow IF the trail isn’t blocked off.
Rick Robinson haven’t heard about mustard gas in the rivers , but I know some barrels went unaccounted for after WW2. I have heard about high bacteria levels in the beaches occasionally and cocos lagoon still has some PCBs /DDT detectable in the fish . Safe for eating just not daily. Sounds like a fun hike!Hope there is nothing blocking you guys from making it to the waterfall.
Rodi rodi we pump it up about 50% at the house with a shop vac, that way it will fold in half and fit in the truck. When we get where we are going we pump it the rest of the way with the hand pump it came with.
Those fish you got a underwater shot of are called garfish use a tiny hook a split shot and a float a bit of bread blended add a bit of water and turn into dough Use for bait and you should catch them. also they are one of the best eating fish you will taste
lawrence tyquiengco we went there once before but paddled there and it took us forever and got dark quick and we had no beer lol. So we def would like to go back and actually enjoy it.
Oh my goodness this place looks so peaceful. I need to be on a jungle river adventure now. Lol... everyone enjoying the peace... Chris: “so what do you think of Epstein’s wife?...” 🤣🤣 Seriously looks stunning there. Enjoy, y’all! ~ Ruth and Thomas

Great video! Glad to see you wearing your “tin hat” tic tac the more you known the more relaxed you are.
Great video! More of these please.
We made several on Guam and the future ones will have to be stateside as we have moved from Guam 🇬🇺
Cool video. They say a bad day of fishing better than a good day at work.
scott frasch if only this were our job! Then we would be set 😍
Legends say they still roam the river to this day..trying to catch fish
Hook up 671 😆 if you listen close enough, you still might be able to hear their beer can crack open...
🤣
Another great adventure. Keep it coming!
Had so much fun watching this video. Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it! 🍻

Love the Kaboat, love the video!
Thank you! And it’s a great little boat!
Which river is it. Been living for 5 years on Guam and never suspected there would be rivers large and beautiful like this.
This is the talofofo river! The same one they offer the Valley of the Latte tours on :) very pretty and peaceful 🙂
@CandE.Adventures thanks! Probs should check it out 😷
Chris, you must be a brother from another mother. lol! I too love solitude. ...and a good conspiracy.

Well we do have a little asmr experience lol
Aaacckkk .... there is nature everywhere !!!! LOL I love it !

Great vids!!!!
Thank you so much!
River all to yourself. Cool
I enjoy your videos! You both are awesome. How long have you both lived on Guam?
Thank you so much ! We have only been on Guam a little over 1.5 years.

Watch this video if you want to understand. Chris #paranoia Elizabeth is very patient when Chris starts going on the paranoia. It's so funny😅
What are you using for bait or lure?
Some soft plastics and Rapalas
Cool
Aren’t a lot of the rivers still polluted and not recommended to eat the fish?
Rick Robinson We have heard that the fish up the Talofofo are good and not polluted .

did you pump up the boat with a footpump?
Rodi rodi we pump it up about 50% at the house with a shop vac, that way it will fold in half and fit in the truck. When we get where we are going we pump it the rest of the way with the hand pump it came with.
What part of Guam is that river ? Is it Pago Bay river ?
Talofofo and Ugum River that connects to Talofofo Bay
@@CandEAdventuresBeautiful Spot thank you, are you guys still in Guam ?
@@frankiefernandez9225 no we left last year we upload videos in the desert southwest right now

Also great video guys 👍
We always called those needle fish in the southeast US. We have never tried catching them on a hook , that’s a good idea for a video though!
Ols Outdoors thank you so much !
CandE.Adventures yea they are really good fun with floats and bread
A beautiful girl, beer, fishing/boating, now thats a great day. Cheers.
I'd rather be at work with my 30 managers then to float down a peaceful river drinking beer😅..nice vid👍
Jacob Topasna haha that sounds even better . Would have caught the same amount of fish as we did lol
Get back to work you have alot work on Tuesday
Gotta try cocos lagoon also a great sandy place on the island to cook up lunch and hang out

What a cool video! You've inspired me to do that too. *starts ferociously googling conspiracy theories*
Haha the internet is alive with them right now
@@CandEAdventures Ain't that the truth. 🙄
Man that look so zen but at the same time watching this video makes me feel itchy thinking about mosquitoes that are imaginary.
宮本又誤露 they were certainly out after the sun started to set
Many misquotes on Guam were introduced by non indigenous people
👍🏻
🍻
All you need now is switch to an electric motor so you stop polluting that largest freshwater river in Guam.
