Hey Ellen! I think we've all been in "that job" that we absolutely didn't enjoy. It's so important to realise when you really enjoying doing and then take small steps towards building your career. Great video, keep it up
Wow babe can relate to it since I have been there before. Monday always made me feel dreadful. I am glad you are aware of it. Keep up the great work babe😍
I can't decide which of the 5 signs resonates with me the most. They're all so important for me to have a healthy work-life balance. I can't tell you have many jobs I've had that didn't utilize any of my strengths, values or creativity. If anything I believe most of my jobs exacerbated my weaknesses. This constant reminder of my weakness lead to forgetting that I had strengths at all. The soul-draining nature of incompatible jobs also kept me from developing my true strengths as I had no energy or motivation after work to pursue them. My working days consisted of wishing I were somewhere else while days off at home were spent dreading going back so I wasn't present at either place. Are you currently in a career path that utilizes your strengths and values you Ellen?
Yes, I totally relate to all of these feelings! I've definitely been in jobs that weren't right for me but, looking back, those experiences helped me learn what matters most to me and led me to where I am today. I currently have a job that is a much better fit for me, one where I have a good relationship with my team, get to use my empathy and communication skills and still have enough energy to work on my UA-cam channel. There's still a lot more I want to do, but there are a lot of things I'm grateful for. How about you?
@@theellenpham Oh, that's very inspiring. I'm very happy you're in a good fit for you career-wise. Empathy and communication? Wow! Now those are some gifts this world really needs more of. I too, am very grateful for those challenging experiences. I'm currently in the process of finding the right fit for me as this global issue has reminded me to stop taking my life for granted.
