I'm in Lafayette. I never thought of growing an olive tree. When I lived in Rome, Italy, I dated a girl who's family commercially grew and processed olives. The ONLY time I ate a freshly picked olive I was thoroughly disgusted. They didn't bother to tell me about what goes into processing them. They had a good laugh 😊
