I'm in Lafayette. I never thought of growing an olive tree. When I lived in Rome, Italy, I dated a girl who's family commercially grew and processed olives. The ONLY time I ate a freshly picked olive I was thoroughly disgusted. They didn't bother to tell me about what goes into processing them. They had a good laugh 😊

Are these at the LSU botanic garden?
I'm east of Baton Rouge and the olive trees struggle with the deep freezes
My Arbiquenas are loaded with olives but the fruit isn't getting full size and it's getting closer to harvest. What can I do next year?
