- Step inside a uniquely shaped 1500-square-foot condo in downtown Toronto. The 90s-style condo was renovated by The Bespoke Group and transformed into a functional home with luxurious details. In the kitchen, integrated lighting and dark cabinets with smoky glass doors create a moody ambience. An integrated bar and touches of black throughout are sleek and sophisticated. See the attention to detail in every room, like the office that features sliding doors with fluted glass and the hand-painted mural in the second bedroom.

This is one of THE most original and stunning renovations I’ve seen - and I watch a ton of them! Hats off to the designers!
Absolutely stunning one of the best renovations ever done
Excellent! Love the contrasts of light and dark!
I like how the The Bespoke Group makes their projects look very sophisticated and high-end, especially the kitchen and bathroom look very fancy!
So chic! Love that wood cabinets are back, especially walnut.
It's challenging lay out. Love those benches at dining room. Beautiful masterbath, luxury looks.
I think this home is my favorite of the series. 😍
I really appreciated how lighting was used to create a feeling of greater depth to the walls, e.g., in the kitchen and master ensuite, and therefore more space through the illusion of a bigger footprint. So many good lessons for how the designers engaged with space!
Such a brilliance in utilizing this odd shaped condo ❤️! And I love her outfit too very classy and cute 🥰
Beautiful! The curved wall of windows is fantastic....and the kitchen is a total win.
Gives a high end hotel vibe great job
Love the dark moody bathroom! Bespoke group is definitely one of my favorite design teams!
This is spectacular! I love it!
Wow !
They did a great job of working with what they had, that's a understatement.
Love this❤
What a fabulous transformation. It went from something you would avoid at all costs to something to die for. 👏👏👏
Fabulous renovation. They really thought it through.
Love how the reno turned out!!❤
It’s beautiful. One of my favorite designs.
Love the wall mural, bathrooms are great
Hello, congratulations for your good work and above all because I have never seen a video where a project is explained in such detail and clarity. Thank you very much
This is fabulous functional design. Love it so much
Just wowww...
whatttt !!! stunning reno
This condo was a massive challenge and very, very, very well done!
I don’t know why builders feel the need to design in such a way that most people would look at the interior design challenges and awkward spaces and decide to live somewhere else. It is almost as though they undermine their own aesthetic.
The ensuite with the black marbles 😍
Love this reno! I hope you can share more of these older Toronto condo renovations :) Would you be able to share where the bedroom table lamps, bedroom rug, and decorative bedroom pillows are from?
I like it! Feng Shui decorating is a MUST in that place!
oh wow! I like this design very much!!
Their did wonderful renovation all the home look beautiful . thank you four you tour.
The master bed and bath are gorgeous! Everything looks very chic and luxurious. Well done!
Beautiful transformation!
Excellent Choices.
...and it still has an opportunity to "warm" with some peach based yellows, light peach, and or varied reds, some gold frames, etc, to spice it per the owners taste.
🏆
Stunning 🔥
Love it ❤
Love it!
The best of 22
Lovely
Exciting!!
Amazing
Outstanding work. So many things I liked. I thought the fluted glass office pocket doors were nice. I probably would have used the same fluted glass on the kitchen cabinet doors...with the lighting the same as before but blurred by the fluting.
This is EVERYTHING!!! Moody, luxe and sexy...yet functional.
Loved the shape the design and everything about this beautiful apartment. 👍🥰
Beautiful. I wish I could hire you guys!
Love this look.
Stunning!
Beautiful makeover
I love the kitchen. ❤️
It’s beautiful but it’s too bad they couldn’t just enclose the mechanical pillar and build an open space around it. The living room looks tiny for the number of bedrooms. Still, it is stunning to look at.
Looks amazing 👍
Oh ..my Dream home..Such a Homey Home..Well done😊👍
previous owner may be loosing sleep after seeing this
Beautiful! I want one just like it! Only in NYC.
OMG! I want someone to create an office space in my condo. Where can I find some integrative lighting people in Portland????
🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷 lovely
Lovely condo! Where can I get that modular headboard used in the principal bedroom please ?
I think they are custom made......
I love the wall art in the dining room. Where is it from?
From Sunpan!
I love the sound proofing blue wall, where do you get that? Is it custom?
It’s odd, I can’t view the reply from Jason.
This is gorgeous. I always get excited when I see a reno that isn't all white and this is really so cool and beautiful
They took a very dated old condo and really made it feel like your in a new build..
how much does it cost to renovate like this? I wish there are figures attached to these videos to see if this kind of customizaton is affordable....
Most likely...A LOT. Beauty costs moola!
Looks like a hotel too much! Beautiful though
What kind of wood is used in the kitchen?
Source of the art in the dinning room please.
The dining room art is from Sunpan:

Very NICE! Is anyone else wondering how much this renovation cost? haha 💸
How about some Color!? So tired of seeing White, Gray and Brown. Looks like no one lives there.
Probably done up for resale.
@@b_uppy first thing I would do is paint!
Not everyone likes colour, they did what they liked

I'd remodel. It feels stifled.
@@b_uppy this was a remodel from the original which was all White.
Very beautiful but that living is extremely small
I guess anything looks better than the way it was, but not by much with this make-under.
Where do you store all your belongings? No storage cabinets, dressers, armoires…
We don't generally shoot inside closets, but there were plenty.
I love unconventional buildings because it doesn’t look like a simple boring box. But I Gotta say just because something is dark colour does not make it moody and mixing black marble with sort of brownish conventional wood is not to everybody’s taste. Neither does it make it moody.
ok
Да и прожилки надо было расположить горизонтально. Вертикально смотрится грубо и рябо
Poor use of space. Cabinets should go to ceiling to max storage, and those glass fronts will be dirty. Sitting area is nice.
Все сделано безупречно с учетом планировки не правильных стен
It looks like a store not a home.
Not feeling that kitchen AT ALL.
I think the interior design is okay, but the space itself is awful. So little natural light everywhere and the only view is in the bedroom. If the builders had at least tried to flip the floorplan around, have the bedrooms in the darker center of the building (cocoon, cave-like experience might be okay when sleeping), but gosh do I not want to sit in that windowless office, the cramped dark and dreary kitchen/living area. I'd spend all day in the master bedroom instead just so I wouldn't get depressed by the dark, prisonlike experience of the rest of this condo. So why on Earth didn't the builders try to put the public spaces (living, dining) at the windows and put the sleeping areas in the darkness? I don't get it...
Stunning!
