I'm from Hillsboro, Kentucky and I used to have a Toyota 4 runner . Best vehicle I've ever had . Can't afford one now but maybe one day I will have one again . I loved the scenery going down the road. Awesome job.
Thank you! The snow is so beautiful ❄️. I am originally from upstate NY but moved to Florida in 1978. Went up for Thanksgiving about 10 years ago and couldn’t walk because of the cold. Metal in my back made that trip horrible! But it is so beautiful and I love your videos of the lake house/cabin.
Thanks for sharing its beautiful scenery I love snow. I love your truck I own two 4Runner 3rd and 4th generation and I’m planning to get a Tundra next. Good luck with your 4Runner take care be safe in the snow.
I drove my trd 4runner 19 hours straight through winter storms some of the way through Oregon and it didn’t even flinch, I had so much confidence in it carrying me and my family all the way to Washington that I will never buy any other brand but Toyota
4runners love snow. The first snow I got with the 4runner trd off road I still had the factory highway tires and it laughed at the snow. Last year I got some BFG KO2's and it is invincible. You can almost drive these trucks in 2 wheel drive with their traction/stability control. I can't wait for this winter. They're talking a nasty winter this year here.
I love my 4Runner but absolutely don't find it does well in the snow in 2WD. At that point it's like any RWD vehicle - kinda sketchy. But drop it into 4WD and it plows.
Watched for a short time, but even just watching it snow made me cold. Lived in Nebraska most of my life and played in the snow growing up, but 25 years in TN and I can't handle the cold any more!
New subscriber from Michigan, USA. Love the videos, love the country. Trying to follow the videos in order is really tuff. Your a super busy guy, but maybe sometime you could turn the videos into playlists. I'd really like to follow the videos on the new homestead and also the new cabin purchase in the order they go in. But no complaints, love your stuff. Being an old man close to retirement, It's great to see a young guy who is not afaid to bust his but to make a living, and to make a better future for his family. Keep em coming! And more power to ya brother!
My 2021 limited is a full time 4x4, never taken it to the snow ❄️ but that’ll end this thanksgiving. I’ll take it to Lake Tahoe! Can’t wait to see how it drives
I've just watcehd the CAR CARE NUT (a 30 year TOYOTA specailist mechanic - and his series on used ones) and I think I'm just going to get one of these instead of a new car.. LOVE these anyway!!!! Always have.
Over 450 K between my 3 4runners ('98 '08 '16) nothing but oil changes, tires, battery and one starter! I personally wouldn't trade them for any other SUV.🤜🏻🤛🏻 you should throw some gtr ultra 2 leds from headlight revolution in your headlights. They just plug right in and make a world of a difference. Game changer 💯 %
Watching you from the UK (in the sunshine - sorry). It looks so beautiful, even in the snow. Hope you are doing OK and are managing to keep your family safe and warm.
Thanks for sharing. My wife and I are looking for a good SUV in the Snow. We live in Northern Maine and we have a lot of snow like you. Winter tires on a FWD Corolla are not cutting it.
There was a big snow storm in Cleveland a couple years ago and my 21 4runner sr5 with stock tires was going through it like nothing and one of the only cars actually able to drive through it
I love to see snow like in the bush like this but I wouldn't dare go out in it lol.....n for that storm, I thought the were gonna call in the army again in Toronto lol
What's the speed limit for 4x4 high? A lot of guys say you should never go over 55. A lot of guys say you should only use 4x4 if you get stuck. What are your thoughts?
I'd like to know what's so special about it. I put truetracs in my F250 and it's never been stuck in the snow. It would have to be 20 inches deep before I even started to worry.
Just wondering because I just brought a FAE mulcher for my STANDARD flow John Deere CT 332 from local dealer and I realize now it doesn’t have bite limiter technology on it just the standard teeth. I want to return it to dealer because I think it’s a must have. What to you think I should do if you were me?
I've been checking in with 'Ryan Hall Y'all' live weather cast on and off since last night. Ya may want to give him a look ? Stay safe up there. Oh, I've sent one of your videos to several other people, think they'll like your post.
With all things being equal always take an SUV. Pickup trucks lack the weight thus traction in the rear. Living in Alaska for 20 years you see guys loading up sandbags into the bed of their trucks. Still better off with a truck like the 4Runner. I miss playing in the snow being in Florida.
I have an '03 Limited w/V8, love it. Never gets a workout, but enjoy watching videos of ones that do and hearing from the owners how awesome they are!

You can't beat a Toyota across the board. My nephew drives a Tundra in Alaska. He hasn't had a minutes problem with it. Even pulling a camper.
I have read comments for years that say this. Also, they have said the Toyotas hold up better than the diesels do in cold weather
Drove my 2013 venza from Boston to Akaska with 230k miles on it , flawless !
Not true, 2wd in anytype of snow in my fourrunner is absolutely obsolete.
That cottage road is postcard worthy. Love my 4Runner as well.

Definitely need to take some of them trees down. It is beautiful though. You had me on the edge of my seat. Y'all be safe.

What a beautiful drive, though! Thank you for sharing. I just got a new 4Runner & this will be my first winter with it.

Love to see your traveling about...hope your folks are still ok...stay safe...this storm is huge..and awful!!
Watching you from the UK (in the sunshine - sorry). It looks so beautiful, even in the snow. Hope you are doing OK and are managing to keep your family safe and warm.
Thanks for sharing. I’m looking for a new suv. I have only owned GMC Yukon’s so maybe I will take a look at the Toyota. 👍
Thanks for a real-world drive with a 4 runner with older Blizzaks. I've got a '17 TRD ORP w KDSS and haven't run into the deeper white stuff yet!

THANK YOU--- great video- and appreciate the opinions and FACTS...
Man that place is beautiful!
Have 4runner with blizzaks and it is unstoppable in winters.
I love to see snow like in the bush like this but I wouldn't dare go out in it lol.....n for that storm, I thought the were gonna call in the army again in Toronto lol
Real snow tires make a HUGE difference. Fun stuff.
Another reason why I want a 4Runner. You only get to drive it when the wife isn’t.
What a nice way to spend the day ..
Love seeing the videos! Hopefully will get some 450 snow driving content soon
This is the one I buy when I win the lotto lol
Damn. Very cool bro.

From ns here, got a g37 and made it thru that storm like a champ too
What summer tires did you use on your 4Runner? I know you have sold it. Thanks!
I’m glad we have no snow in Ireland 🇮🇪☘️ Bobby
Haha it’s fun!
I'd like to know what's so special about it. I put truetracs in my F250 and it's never been stuck in the snow. It would have to be 20 inches deep before I even started to worry.
Why they didn’t offer that same manual shift transfer case in the Tacoma is beyond me
Whyd you take the 450 instead of the plow rig?
Its the winter tires!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My crv kicks it too lol
Are your dogs Great Pyrenees? New to channel and enjoying watching what your doing
Also would love to watch when you cut trees by house
4runner 💪🏽
I want a good snow like that so bad its not funny. Got a few inches in Va but the freaking roads arent covered at all

Limited can be tricked out, just like the trd or sr5, if not better. Limited is just the top of the line.
Awesome drive
I usually fill up my gas tank before storms like these.....
This is amazing!! Can someone tell me how he has a higher top speed? I might be wrong but 80 MPH usually sits on the right side of the speedometer!
It’s km/hr
I've been checking in with 'Ryan Hall Y'all' live weather cast on and off since last night. Ya may want to give him a look ?
Stay safe up there. Oh, I've sent one of your videos to several other people, think they'll like your post.
I got 23 trd pro and it’s great 👍👌
Can i ask a Selly questions
How much the price for this SUV
It’s around 55k-60k In Canada
@@Sid1017
Thanks brother
I would pick this suv over any large suv on the road. It’s pretty much the equivalent to a military vehicle for civilians.
Do you still have the FJ? My thoughts is that this would be better in the deep stuff?
Bring it to Krown and get that frame sprayed every year!
What are your thoughts on getting a mulcher that has BITE LIMITER technology? Must have , deal breaker? Etc. Thanks in advance.
Most have bite limiters welded on the Mulcher drum
Nice job
Exactly why you can't sell that property and should live there and sell other!
It is the most beautiful piece of property I have ever seen!
The 4Runner does better than the fj cruiser?
It's a different type of beast
I do the same thing with my 2005 sr5 here in NB 😂
Stay between the ditches :)
Thought you where going to cut some of the trees down
Oh I am just haven’t gotten to them yet
List your tires again that’s on the 4 runner. Thanks.
Bridgestone blizzak
Little did he know the broncos came out the next year
I had a Jeep Wrangler and I loved it but they aren’t built for comfort
Stay safe.
Just WOW!!!!!
Does yours?
Yes
Lovely Winter Wonderland...
Make sure you keep topped up with Gas?
I dont go on adventures with less that over half a Tank...
Enjoy!
#FreedomConvoy 🍁
I’m with ya buddy!
That’s do or die weather
Should I buy a 4Runner or get a f150 I need help
4runner
I wouldn’t try this with the garbage Dunlop at 20 tires that came on mine, i finally took them off and got some better tires
4 runner > FJ ? O_O
Hope you have some gas nearby looks like you are on empty! 😯
The Ford Bronco os very capable 8n the snow as well
Hey way you don t bay a Ford Bronco will be much fun and better tha 4 runner

😂 put down the pipe dude
I almost just spit out my coffee in laughter
He dose,nt want to walk home.
🤔4Runner - like a Wrangler (off-road worthy) only comfortable (on and off-road) and reliable (not Italian Fix It Again Tony)
Get video.
👍
