My wife was operated for cataract, 4 days back by you. She is fine and is taking all the precautions. For her arthritis, which occurred only 2 months back, she is being treated by the physiotherapist, as per the directions of the orthopedic surgeon. Basically, the two exercise monitored by the physiotherapist are (1) pressing knees on a folded towel for 5 seconds (10 Times) (2) lifting her knees for 5 seconds (10 Times) with 1 Kg weight, wrapped around her ankle. The exercises are done twice a day. Each session lasts for 2 - 3 minutes. Can she continue with it?

Not with normal water , use sterile rinsed cotton to clean around eyes since water can carry surface germs inside eye
