Hi, Dr, my simple Q. is why foldable iols becoming opaque after 3,4yrs while PMMA lens never turn opaque even after 20yrs, myself is eye surgeon since 24yrs, I'm worried about these costly foldable iols, pts ask questions I have paid u 10000, for phaco surgery 5yrs back, now u explant it free, put new iol free, no pco there, only lens become opaque, please advise solution.

प्रणाम सर ! आप जबावदेही पूर्वक बहुत अच्छी तरह समझाते हैं। मैं Glaucoma से पीड़ित हूं, साथ में मोतियाबिंद की भी सर्जरी करानी है। कृपया यह बताएं कि दोनों का आपरेशन एक साथ कराना सही होगा ? अगर एक -एक कर कराना चाहें तो किसका पहले कराना ठीक होगा ? Glaucoma का आपरेशन किस Process से सही होगा, पता चला है कि Trabelectomy process 100 % successful नहीं है। सही बात डाक्टर बताते नहीं हैं । उम्मीद है आप जरूर बताएंगे । प्रणाम !
