I have tinker with piano for most of my life, but never learn to play consistently and to read music, etc. etc. the arpeggios are beautiful started playing some of them and making progress
From someone who just about know what a piano looks like, but adores the music and keeps having bad thoughts about yet another hobby, I love the visual overhead teaching style and highlighting here!
My favorite arpeggio is the Alberti Bass. I learned the intro to “Come Sail Away” using this style. Thank you for sharing your musical gift and insights. Blessings
Just ran into your teaching. I took a few months of piano lessons nearly 40 years ago. I retired last year and hadn't touched my keyboard in years. Thank you for your lessons. I've been relearning some songs that I knew, but these reels that you're doing is teaching me so much more. Thank you.
This video is so eye opening. I used to sit and play around with chords, once I'd learned them, and these seem really natural. I didn't know arpeggios is what was happening.
Beautiful ❤️🔥🥰❤️🔥 will work at it my dear... Just keep naming EACH chord or keynote by letters 🔤🔠 this is helpful and when the keynotes and chords LIGHT 🕯️ UP when playing!! Blessings!
Hello look so easy to look but it’s hard for me because I didn’t know how to play piano but now I will try your technique because it sounds good and thank you very much for uploading your piano video tutorial I really like it. God bless you and take care always.
After 40 years on the drums I decided to start learning piano, and your video popped up. I only know about arpeggios bc my fav band (Rush) uses them a lot. I'm going to practice this, definately my speed (for now). Weird to be a beginner again, but this time I'm approaching it with a few decades of experience and hopefully my fingers will catch up to my internal clock a bit faster this time. Thanks for the lesson! Edit: While I always use a metronome, I'm deliberately not using a sustain pedal right now, so I can't cheat and I give each note it's full value. Maybe in a month I'll pick one up. 🤠
I've just bought a harpsichord. Once it has been tuned and a couple of other issues sorted out, I shall definitely try these chords/arpeggio patterns. Thanks.
your so pretty! thank you for making videos I been learning a lot from them. i gave up piano and now back into it, hopefully i get it this time. i was scatter all over the place. i didn't know where start. but you make it a lot easier. please keep making videos. appreciate you!
Wow, this tutorial is an absolute gem for piano beginners like me! 🎹 The step-by-step breakdown of arpeggio patterns is incredibly helpful, and I love how you make it accessible for all skill levels. The way you explain the mechanics behind each technique makes learning so much easier. The variety of arpeggio styles covered, from the ascending broken chords to the rolled chord arpeggios, is fantastic. It's like a journey through different dimensions of piano beauty! 🌟 And the Alberti bass pattern adds that extra touch of sophistication. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise and making the learning process enjoyable. Your passion for piano shines through, and it's contagious! 🎶 Can't wait to incorporate these arpeggio patterns into my playing and take my skills to the next level. Grateful for this golden ticket to piano bliss! 🙏✨
This follows the same distance between each note depending where you start. It’ll be good to watch her video on chords. When you get familiar with them, you won’t need sheet music. The point of learning all these is to not read individual notes but to learn the family groups of notes (chords).
i do not play the piano (I took lessons for a while, but i"m all thumbs) but your tutorials are so very good at helping me to better understand Chopin, Liszt, Debussy and others. I've long known their music as beautiful but had no technical understanding of it. Your demonstrations have really helped me to better enjoy these awesome composers. Thank you so much!!
I could see that you are a great instructor, I would love to you to explain to someone like myself that is blind, the notes, in each cord of each different arpeggio. You only explain one of them, but not the other ones.
Thank you, this is just what I needed! Have played guitar and bass for years, just sorta noodled on the piano/organ though. Trying to advance my skills on it as they are rudimentary as of now
Thanks for teaching it clearly and slow with visual. I hope you will do it again in other videos to be able to understand better and follow your teaching.🤝🥰
How about I begin with the Domino Alberti Bass and then end with the ascending arpeggio? By the way, YOU are an excellent teacher. I have learned so much from you. thank you.
This is a good video to accompany your other arpeggio video. I think I most liked the one that’s hard to pronounce. And the vi-IV-I-V progression is one of my favorite chord progressions that I’ve learned so far!
Your teaching style is amazing - and I feel my playing has become much better since following your techniques. Trouble is one thing really scares me - the foot peddle. I'm only just getting to grips with using my left hand more in my playing but when I've tried to add a foot peddle I find I can barely even play a Cmaj - let alone a 4 chord progression. I suppose another problem is that I use a digital piano - and it sounds fine to me without a foot peddle - do I really need one? (Yes I know what your answer will be but I'm going to ask anyway.
This is great, thanks ! Would also be useful to have a couple of slower takes; players watching this video I suspect will be beginner level (like me) so would find a slow mo version immensely useful.

Arpeggios takes the beauty of a song to another level.
Thanks for making this video 😊
Thanks for watching. Enjoy the arpeggios! 🎹

I was looking for exactly someone like you who teaches the way I want. I love the way you teach
Keep up the good work ❤
I think this is the beginning of a great friendship. I'm looking forward to learning piano from your videos.
You make simple arpeggios sound so beautiful 😍
My son and I had fun playing all of them. That was a blast!

You are a great teacher! Very clear without wasting a lot of time. Great discovery for me. Thank you!!
I’ve got to admit of all the piano teachers on UA-cam you’re the best. (and cute too)
Great video. Would love to see how you use these techniques as part of improvisation.
This video is so eye opening. I used to sit and play around with chords, once I'd learned them, and these seem really natural. I didn't know arpeggios is what was happening.
Thank you beautiful lesson. I said Alberti

That progression reminds me of the movie 'Ink'. Has a very moving quality. Thanks for the video as well!!

@@Amateur_Pianist_472🙏🎵
My favorite as a beginner the no.2 and no.4 I always do that while im practicing my favorite song.
This chord progression sounded pretty much like "The Scientist" song from "Cold Play" thank you for this, will try practicing right away!!
I like your today’s outfit cause left arm and right arm are using different colors so that i can distinguish the movements rather easily.
My Favourite so far is definitely the rolling chords! Really enjoying playing that one
I liked the most the allibertoni bas🎉
Wow. I really like your easy to follow personality. Thanks. I'm about to check out your free course. Thx
Just by playing variations of arpeggios would make a good piece!!!

Your approach is refreshingly clear, straightforward and truly inspirational. I'm so glad I discovered your channel.
YOU ARE AWESOME!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!
A brillian tutotrial, thank you! Why didn't you demonstrate the arpeggio with the thumb under-tuck?
So well explained. Thx
I could see that you are a great instructor, I would love to you to explain to someone like myself that is blind, the notes, in each cord of each different arpeggio. You only explain one of them, but not the other ones.
I think was a clear exercise. Although I dont know many songs that start with a minor chord, I think it was useful.
Very good content. Thank you. All presented arpeggios sounds beautiful.
Thank you, this is just what I needed! Have played guitar and bass for years, just sorta noodled on the piano/organ though. Trying to advance my skills on it as they are rudimentary as of now

I like the #4. It seems to be the easiest. When I have time, I will practice this.
This is a good video to accompany your other arpeggio video. I think I most liked the one that’s hard to pronounce. And the vi-IV-I-V progression is one of my favorite chord progressions that I’ve learned so far!
