DIY Oxy Acetylene Gas Cylinder Trolley

I need a cylinder trolley for new oxygen-acetylene bottles, but they are not available for sale in the nearby areas. Therefore, I thought of buying a regular hand truck and modifying it into a cylinder trolley.
