I'm currently running a 275/35/20 on a 20x10.5 +45. My next setup will be a 20x11 +51 - +55 which will allow me run a 305/30/20 without poking or rubbing. I would recommend to anyone who wants "THE BEST TIRE SETUP" to research running 11 wide wheels with high offset. Fitment industries Gallery, Forgestar, and Apex Racing Fitment Guides will offer good information.
I have a 2018 GT S550 and I have 305/35 20s on the back and 255/35 20s on the front. MMD 5 spoke rims. Its also lowered on Eibach Sportlines and doesnt rub anywhere. Its a good setup for the S550
Such a beautiful v6 mustang. What wheel size you have bro? They look wide. I also have a s197 v6 and my wheels look skinny from the back. Are your wheels wider than stock?
Thank you my man 🫶. The stock wheels didn’t do any justice for me. They probably would work better on the back of a trailer. It’s a 245/35/20 in the front and I transitioned from a 275/30/20 to a 275/35/20 in the rear. Running a staggered set up with 8.5” in the front and 10.5” in the rear (from what I can remember).
Going with this tire size soon, bought our 14 po installed 255 40 19 up front and 275 45 19 in the rear... rear is way too tall. Definitely gonna go 274 40
I believe these specific rims are discontinued. They’re called “Miro 111.” In the front, I have a 245/35/20 and the rear is running a 275/35/20. Believe it’s an 8 inch width in the front and a 10.5 inch width in the rear. I don’t remember the width exactly
O6 4.0 litre, 235 65 16's and I hate em lol,, don't get me wrong I got all 4 tires from simpletire online for 370 bucks but they are just 1 size over stock. I have whiteline's front n rear swaybar n heavy links still to install but my question is did you raise/lower your pony or do anything weird to get those steaks on all four corners? ( it looks freaking fantastic) , I absolutely love the look and performance of as much rubber under and tucked in the ride as possible. I personally can't stand seeing tires sticking way out. If I could Id tubb the front and rear lol. I'm looking to put some meat on and under mine, its an 06, 5spd, just wondering a comfortable rim n tire that'll fit. Still pushing for 2k subs!
I feel pretty good about the setup I have upfront. Car handles well but with a wider tire/wheel setup all around I feel would take the 90° turns better than it does now

Thanks for the details! 🫡🖤
I run 285/35/19 in the front and 305/35/19, They're chonky and I like it lol
That’s a nice setup! I wouldn’t mind going that route too!

Thanks for sharing Michael!
Do you have any ABS issues due to the height difference between the tires?

No, not at all

255/45/19 up front and 275/40/19 in da back 👌🏽
Might try a 19 one day. Gas crossed my mind 🤔

@adrienserigny6702 275/35 is plenty tall on a 20 let alone on a 19. 45 imo is overkill. 40 is a happy middle
I run a 255 35 20 on the front and a 285 35 20 in the rear
How’s it working for you? No rubbing?
You think I would rub with stock suspension. I want 255/35/20 front and 305/35/20 rear ?
I’ve seen 305 on mustangs. IMO, you should be ok but may poke a little from the fender
I got 275/30/20 in the front and 285/35/20 in the rear on my mustang 2013
What’s ur Rim style specs and tire set up all around I want those same kind of rims and tire setup

Currently have 255 r35 20 front and 285 r35 20 rears with 20" and 8.5 wide rims all around
Nice! There’s so many different routes you can go that makes this platform amazing!
@@LoganScott. hate to mention it but front fitment needs to stick out more and I hate using spacers 😭
@@abdulalsherif8211 You aren’t wrong! I need to adjust my camber plates to adjust this. Just a b**ch to get to haha.
I have 245/35/20 all around
Smart! You can actually rotate them unlike myself 🙃
Did you get your mustang off the dealership new?
Not new, no. Second owner
I wanna run 275/40/20 rear and 255/35/20 front
Do it!
@@LoganScott.idk if you going to respond but you think imma rub if I have lowering springs ?
Hey @coolboy4555able it’s possible! All depends on how low the car will drop and the tire size you’re running.
your car is goregous & so are you lol watching this july of 2024-you are at 3.26K subs, a year ago you were trying to get to 2K-congrats!
No alignment?
Yes, we did an alignment
i currently have 285s rear and 255s front
I was this 🤏 to putting a 285 on. Had it ordered and everything but didn’t do it
Do you have to change anything to get that much to fit, I have an 06 4litre 5 speed with swaybars but other than that it's stock.
@@nimrodpaul6875 pretty much stock
Then there’s me with my stock 235 50 18s all around 😢😂
Nothing wrong with that! Do your homework and you’ll have the set up you’ve always dreamed about

IS THAT A V6!? BAHAHAHA
Thanks
But I guess
had to wait for 2k subs to give away 20 dollar led bulbs?
What’s up bro?
gotta love thick meat lmfao
Gotta love it 💀
